Stunning Gulf Front Views-Top Floor Balcony-Pool w/Hot Tub-Sans Souci 705

The property itself was great!!! Very clean and one of the biggest pools we have ever been to when vacationing. The unit itself, that we stayed in was a little disappointing. Normally the master bedroom has a beach view and direct access to the balcony and also a bigger bathroom, this one did not. There were no ceiling lights, only lamps. The railing on the balcony was a bit wobbly. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable. The room served its purpose but definitely needs upgrades. Location is great!!!! Management company were amazing and so easy to communicate with. Would stay in this building again but would probably try a different unit

It was okay. The condo is dated and the beds are HORRIBLE. The location is great.

Our stay was decent. The coffee pot needs to be replaced, it’s nasty! The iron is broken so that needs to be replaced. The area rugs are disgusting, the bathrooms need a deep clean.

Nice condo with great balcony over looking beautiful Pensacola Beach. San Souci is our favorite condo with easy walk beach, covered parking, pool and hot tub.

Very nice location and building. Unit was dated but clean...excluding rug. The second bed was advertised as a queen but was a double. This was not corrected for us and made for uncomfortable sleep for second couple. We were told the website listing has been corrected We would not have rented this unit had the bed been properly disclosed

Condo is in need of major updating, mattresses are old and lumpy , furniture needs to be replaced, rust in drop ceiling tiles, not sure why there is a drop ceiling thru out felt like an office, balcony rail needs tightening, best thing was the view and location..

We enjoyed our stay in Sans Sochi, right on the beach! Beautiful views from the balcony! Nice watching the sunsets on the beach and then relaxing in the hot tub!

Overall it was a great weekend vacation getaway. The condo was good it was clean and it sets on the beach.

Clean condo, top floor, great view and good location, but it was old and worn out. Stained sink and dishes, broken hooks and towel racks, stained toilet seat thin, cheap comforter, older tv’s nothing smart, stained floor and rugs. Clean, but needs updates to make me feel comfortable staying there again.

We had a great time but the hurricane cuts us one day short! But what time we had there was great.?

The condo was just as we expected it to be! We were able to book fast which helped us out a lot as this was an emergency trip! Clean, A/C was cold, beds were comfortable…no complaints at all! View was fantastic! Would definitely stay again! The communication with the property manger was excellent! We were even able to check in early!

The second time we stayed at this property and we love how convenient it is to the beach and it’s not crowded. We got to explore some more of the good food and definitely look forward to staying again and even more special. We got to see the blue angels fly over one afternoon.

Perfect location for us! We loved our stay. Right on the beach and their pool is nice. The unit is dated so if that bothers you this place isn’t for you. But we loved it and would come back anytime!!

This property was in a great location. Water was amazing. Loved the covered parking and we will definitely make Pensacola our new beach destination!

Unclean! Bad state of repair- furnishings, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, living room flooring. Over priced hodge-podge. Mediocre. In this day and age vactioner's pictures/videos speak louder than words especially when it comes to a vacation rental.

We loved the location. Very low density. It’s close to everything & just steps from the gulf and white sand beaches.

This was our second time taking our sun to the beach, but our first time in Pensacola. He’s been asking to go back since we came home. The rooms were spacious and there were plenty of towels for our stay. The check in process was easy and they kept us updated along the way with emails in the months before our stay. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back!!
