Tranquil views of the Gulf of Mexico in a professionally decorated, spacious three-bedroom condo right on the water. Sanddollar A302 is a unique find on Sanibel Island. When you step into the beautifully decorated top floor Gulf Front condo, you will notice the views and the remodeled spacious kitchen. It features granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar, and everything you need to make a great meal. The large living room has sliding glass doors onto the huge Gulf front lanai. The open living room has a large sectional sofa, a flat-screen television, and stunning views. The open dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The huge, updated master bedroom also has sliding glass doors onto the lanai, direct Gulf views, a large king bed, and a screen television. The master bathroom features dual sinks, a tiled shower, and plenty of counter space. The first guest bedroom has a beautiful nautical design, one full bed, a large closet, and a flat-screen television. The guest bathroom has an updated granite vanity and tiled shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom has two comfortable spindle twin beds, a spacious closet, and a flat-screen television.

The large and comfortable lanai spans the condo with multiple seating options to relax or dine. Amazing views, sites, and sounds from this expansive lanai.

Sanddollar is a small Gulf-front complex with community grills, tennis courts, beautiful tropical grounds, and a heated pool. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your screened lanai, lounge by the large heated pool, or play a match of tennis on one of the three courts. The complex also offers BBQ grills and a boardwalk out to the wide sandy beaches that make the island a tropical paradise.

    Our family of 6 (my husband and I are 50, children & their significant others in their 20s) had a wonderful stay at Sanddollar on Sanibel. The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and quiet. The beach is easy to reach, but I recommend a wagon or beach cart for the walk down. The pool was never crowded and was also clean, including the restrooms. Beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There weee sand toys and 2 shell scoops as well. You can store all your beach gear on the ground level in a locked storage just for your unit (same key code to get in the condo.) Staying in the 3rd floor, we really appreciated the elevator. All 6 of us highly recommend this condo complex and this unit in particular.

    The condo was beautiful. The view spectacular. The only issues were due to hurricane work still being done. Pool was not available and elevators not operational. Also, no local networks available on the 4 televisions, streaming service only. Did get a digital antenna to use on main television for most of our stay.

    We enjoyed the Beach and thebiskland. mThe unit was spacious and comfortable. However, the rugby in the master bedroom was very dirty and discusting! Same problem with the area rugs in the living room and entrance foyer.

    We’ve always stayed at the Sanddollar condominiums, but this was our first time in this unit. It’s our favorite so far. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, clean, roomy with all the comforts you need. The screened Lanai is beautifully decorated. We’ll definitely return to this unit in the future.
