Stunning Dramatic Oceanfront!

Spectacular views, great set up, huge beds, modern kitchens and bathrooms. Rob was great staying in touch and answering all questions. Highest recommendations.

Great apartment on the beach with one of the most supportive hosts. The apartment is very high spec and balcony overlooks the ocean with very comfy seating. The building is very well maintained with helpful staff that keeps it clean and running smoothly. Showers by beach are a big help to get sand off feet. Gym is large and although a bit dated has whats needed. We lived our stay.

It was truly a pleasure to stay at Rob’s place. Not only are the views perfect, the unit itself was great and Rob was super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Our May visit to Rob’s Seacoast Condo went beyond our expectations! The clean spacious unit, huge bright bedrooms, and unbelievable ocean view created the peaceful blue ambiance we sorely needed. Kitchen amenities were thoughtful. The building is clean, quiet, secure, and in a convenient Mid-beach location. Designated, secure parking spot was a plus. Fitness room, swimming pool, boardwalk, and wide white sand beachfront are ideal for active travelers! We intend to come back and stay here again soon!

Very nice apartment, fantastic views! Love that sunrise!!! Great beds, bathroom kitchen, etc. oceanfront deck is terrific. Would stay here again.

This is a spectacular condominium ocean front 180° view right in front of the ocean and beach do you need itself is extremely comfortable and clean the owner is his kind and accommodating as you would want if you have the opportunity to stay here you’ll be very fortunate

You have direct access to the beach w chairs/umbrella almost any time you want...great little food spot by the pool only available to people in the building. Amazing place to stay!

This has to be one of our best vacations ever. And location had everything to do with it. This condo is wonderful. Plenty of room for you and your guests. The view is fantastic. I highly recommend renting this place. The Host is easy to communicate with, quick to reply to any inquiry. I wish I could have stayed longer. Every time I shut my eyes I see the ocean from the balcony. Thank you Rob for renting to us.

We had a great 2 week stay at this condo. The wrap around views were amazing and I loved waking up to them. It was very windy on the balcony but just having the sliding doors open with that breathtaking view made my stay. The unit itself was perfect for my family of 3. Great sized rooms, bathrooms and closets. The kitchen had everything you would need. The host was very responsive, flexible and helpful as was the onsite support. The building was really nice. The pool was large and had a great temperature. There was a nice market and gym in the building. The only issue we had was that the gym didn't seem to be very clean, there was never an attendant there and you could tell the wipes weren't refilled for weeks so not sure how in the times of Covid people were wiping down their machines after each use. But we did notify the onsite team about it so maybe its been resolved. The building also opens up directly to the beach and beach walkway directly from the pool. That was amazing as we could easily move back and forth from beach and pool and could go for walks and jogs on the walkway. There was one restaurant that was walking distance from that walkway (Malibu Farms) but otherwise it was a little hard to get food options so we ordered in a lot. All in all, I would highly recommend this unit, we had a great time and would certainly go back!

Really nice view...one of the best around at any price. I loved the location. The condo is well situated, clean, and I found the staff to be friendly. I did not experience any rude guests--actually, just the opposite--as noted by some reviewers. The owner Rob is a great communicator--I did not have any issues during my stay but I have no doubt her would have been right on them. This place is a great value for the money. The Alexander next door is still renovating and it can be loud--that is about the only negative.
