Stunning Direct Beachfront Condo, Dog Friendly plus Pool & Hot Tub.

This is my second year staying here. We absolutely love it!

We has an absolutely fantastic time. The condo was on the beach so we could go to the beach with no travel. The pool and jacuzzi were also great to have. The condo came with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and quiet enough not to have to deal with traffic. The management company was a pleasure to deal with and were extremely accommodating. We liked it so much we are staying again this year.

Perfectly decorated. Fabulous views. Every convenience. Highly, highly, highly recommend this rental. We had a truly wonderful, relaxing stay. Great area too...walkable to restaurants. Glorious sunsets...views are amazing. Gym and pool onsite...toes in sand and every convenience provided, e.g., chairs, umbrellas, etc... Only suggestions I have are to provide 'idiot proof' instructions for the cable/tvs...we did struggle a little and warn guests about icemaker not working. Otherwise, perfection! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us 'snowbird wannabes'.

This was the most beautiful oceanfront condo we have ever rented! The décor was outstanding! It was completely stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs and a beach cart in the garage. Gorgeous sunset views from the huge corner balcony! The entire gated property was wonderful, 2 hot tubs, a heated pool and a dog park for our small dog. There are several great restaurants within walking distance plus we purchased the best fresh seafood from Nachman’s across the street to cook on the poolside grills! We stayed the month of October and arrived 3 days after Hurricane Ian hit the Gulf Coast. Julie was great keeping in touch with check-in updates since the beach area had been evacuated. Fortunately, Redington Shores and the entire St Petersburg/Clearwater area were spared from a lot of destruction. But our hearts go out to all who lost so much from this devastating hurricane! Thank you Mark and Nancy for the wonderful vacation stay in La Vistana 701! We would love to stay here again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay here. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and a spacious, open floor plan inside . From the minute we got here, everything was perfect. Julie was amazing giving great recommendations and always taking time to answer all our questions. We are already looking forward to our next visit here. Absolutely fantastic!

We just spent 37 days at this magnificent property! Lots to do in the area. The photos are accurate. Some of the furniture has been updated. They have everyone you need on site. I would highly recommend!!

My Wife and To Son's had a wonderful time stay at the amazing location. This property is very clean, right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, short drive to Johns Pass, or Clearwater. Rooms were great size, bathrooms were very nice. Owners were and manager were great to work with. I would absolutely go back other condo owners were very nice- most of them- Jerry maintenance/grounds man was awesome all ways checking on us . We would 100% recommend the place. We will be coming back soon

Our family had a wonderful time at LaVistana #701 during the month of March. The unit was very well equipped both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. Almost too many pillows. The patio combination allowed us to find sun or windless conditions no matter what was happening outside . The view from the front deck over the beach was superb as were the sunsets. We got to meet Mark and Nancy and they made it clear they wanted to do everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They even bought us a new frying pan. The unit needs a bit more storage space - we had to put extra pillows in the hot tub to get them out of the way. But the beds were fine, the art work was very nice and the casual furniture was comfortable. We wanted to take the patio furniture home with us. All in all we'd recommend 701 to anyone with a family vacation in mind. We'd have rented it for next year but it wasn't available.
