Stunning Desert Chic Condo

Drew was AMAZING!! He was always in communication with us and whenever we had a question or we needed something he immefiayely got back to us!

We loved the location and the layout of the unit! It was clean and well appointed. The host was very welcoming and helpful! We liked the bikes & the clean spacious garage! The pool was close-by & had a great hot tub!The whole development is beautifully maintained! We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was perfect for our family. Very clean and a great layout with lots of space and privacy. Well equipped (so happy to find a porta crib in the unit!). And Drew was exceptional. Very attentive and super responsive to any questions or needs that came up. We loved our stay!

This place was great! Definitely will stay again if we go back to Palm Springs. Drew was super great to work with too!

Drew is an epic host. The HOME:Our stay here was lovely. The home is bigger than the pictures lend themselves. It is convenient to many things at the same time far enough away to feel seclusion. You can look out at the mountain range from the porch, and watch the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Also, each room has enough space to provide privacy and comfort. The wood like floors are nice and padded, so you don't disrupt the downstairs neighbors. There is plenty of sun and fun to be had.AMMENITIES:Bikes- Bikes can be provided and are a great way to get around the facility.Golf- The golf course is public and really nice. It is well maintained. Our daughter plays and while we did not get to play a game, she did give it a thumbs up.POOLS:There are many swimming pools to choose from throughout the facility that are accommodating to families a quiet couple, even a girls weekend get-a-way. LOCATION:Close enough to everything, but also far enough to feel separate. It is very close off the 10. You can reach things easily. Stay here if you want to have fun, relax, have a glass of wine at the jacuzzi, play volleyball with your family in the pool. GO HAVE FUN.

We could not have had a more lovely stay at this property! The view is gorgeous and we enjoyed coffee on the back porch each morning. The property is well-appointed and had every amenity we needed. Drew checked in on us multiple times and was so nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in many places around the Coachella Valley. This unit is located in a very central area, very convenient to everything! The manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will return!

This was our 2nd stay in this gated community - different condo. The location is quiet and beautifully maintained; pools are a favourite. Drew is a great host. The unit has lots of space, very clean and well stocked. We will definitely visit again.

This rental looks just like the pictures. The view from the patio faces the golf course with a gorgeous mountain backdrop. Drew is very helpful and available for anything you might need. Unit is furnished with everything needed for your stay plus some little extras that you might have forgotten (coffee, filters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, loofas, laundry detergent.) The neighbors were very friendly, watching the golfers and gardeners in the morning is very relaxing. The patios offer a perfect combination of sun and shade at the right time. The check-in and check-out was very easy. I will rent this exact unit again in the future.

We had a great stay. Host property manager communicated well. Very peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. Just perfect for us 4 and very clean. Would stay again. Note: we ended up staying in a sister property to this one just down the street run by the same property manager. It has the same layout and it was just as advertised.

This condo is gorgeous like all of Drew's properties. Very peaceful and quiet location overlooking the golf course and short walk to the closest pool. Highly recommend.
