The living room is beautifully decorated with a fireplace and gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course. The kitchen is newly remodeled with new quartz countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The patio is huge with a brand new custom gas grill and new desert landscaping around the patio. There is plenty of room for entertaining and the patio is 20 yards from the 3rd tee box, and a 2 minute walk to the pool and hot tub. Both bedrooms are large with separate private bathrooms that have been recently remodeled. The den is located next to the atrium that has a large tv with office space. Centrally located and close to many fine restaurants and attractions. Entry door and garage door have a ring camera system for security purposes.

This is a lovely property, clean, nicely furnished and very well appointed. Location is excellent with a friendly golf Club. Excellent communication with the property owner, if needed. My wife and I had a very good experience and would definitely rent again.

Wow! Just wow! This is an immaculate home. The bed was soooo comfortable. Fluffy soft pillows and soft cozy linens. The neighborhood was quiet and serene like u entered a whole new city away from the noise and chaos outside the gated community. The pool was wonderful and the community was kind.
