Stayed Sep 13, 2025My wife and I stayed here for 56 days while we were looking for a house as we had just moved to Florida for a new job. The condo was very nice and my wife fell in love with the couch ,lol. Chauncy was very nice and easy to communicate with , we had a few problems with the property manager giving us parking citations when we had permits but besides that the stay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend her place to any friends or family visiting the area.

Stayed Feb 2, 2025Spacious 3rd floor 2BR 2BR condo in a friendly, well maintained community. Unit was clean, quiet, adequately equipped. Nice community pool and jacuzzi open during daylight hours.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023Not enough insulation, so noise level was high, especially with so much construction still going on. No elevators, so I had to lug everything up to my third floor unit. No assigned parking

Stayed Feb 1, 2023This property is everything you'd hope it would be! Just completed a 3 month stay at this fantastic unit! We both work remotely full time and this condo was the perfect setup for us with the den area! The giant couch even sleeps two comfortably too! The neighborhood is great. Walking distance to Publix, Super Target, restaurants and more. 10 minutes to Ft Myers Beach area. The community is very well maintained---the pool, commons area, library and gym are immaculate. The owner, Chancey, was very responsive and even on two occasions shipped items for our use there. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Apr 18, 2022My stay was primarily for the travel assignment that I took in the area, but my husband and the kids did visit for a week, as well as a friend that came another week. We loved this location! The condo was clean and comfortable, and the pool/hot tub was very nice. Publix is so close, and there are lots of great restaurants in the area. We made the drive down to lowdermilk beach, and it was WELL worth the short trip. The owner and property manager were both very helpful and responsive. I absolutely recommend this location!
