Stunning BOSTON BROWNSTONE condo by interior designer!

Keith's communication was superb - detailed, accurate, thorough. The property was clean and well equipped. The location and view were spectacular.

Our stay at Keith’s Boston Brownstone condo was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better—we spent our days walking along the Charles River, enjoying holiday lights, and walking down to Newbury Street for shopping and dining. Everything we needed was close by and easy to access.The condo itself is stunning, with high ceilings, massive windows, and beautiful views of the Charles River. The master bedroom was so comfortable, and the guest room doubled as a perfect office space. The fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, parking spot, and elevator were all major bonuses that made our stay stress-free.Keith was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made self-check-in a breeze. Between the incredible location, beautiful space, and Keith’s hospitality, this was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We would highly recommend! P.S. My husband was going to Dana-Farber for treatment, and staying at Keith’s place made the whole experience so much less stressful. It was comfortable, convenient, and everything worked out beautifully. We’re so grateful!

Wow! - I am ever so fortunate to have found this perfect apartment! I needed a long-term (7 week) second home in Boston while receiving daily medical treatment. It also needed to serve as my remote office during this lengthy stay. Keith's outstanding 2 bedroom apartment is fully outfitted and exceedingly comfortable - furnishings, kitchen, bath, laundry. Add in the surprisingly broad, engrossing view of the Charles River and Cambridge beyond - it would be difficult to think of anything that was overlooked or lacking. The master bedroom is spacious, with 3 sets of tall windows, ample drawers, a very comfortable bed, and large clothes closet. The second BR served as my office, with a lengthy curved desk and office chair with ample outlets for my technical needs. A pullout sofa served as a second BR for my family visitors. The living room and dining area are comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has top notch appliances with all the thoughtful kitchenware one would need along with a 2-person dinette table. A convenient and highly coveted parking space allowed me to travel quickly and easily to the Longwood medical area of the Brigham-Dana Farber complex. This was a great relief to have available at all times. So, so glad I stumbled upon this apartment. In every way it provided me with a second home that felt very much like home.

Keith is a great host. All of our needs and concerns were taken care of immediately. Instructions were comprehensive. Almost exactly what we expected, and some things more than we were expecting. Definitely will return!

I stayed in Keith's unit for about a month and it exceeded my expectations on every front. The place was spotless, modern, spacious and well-equipped with all amenities needed for the perfect stay. It also feels very private, which I particularly liked. Location-wise, you can't go wrong here. The building is tucked away on a nice quiet street, but still very close to great shops, restaurants and cafes. Lastly, Keith is the perfect host - excellent communication, well-organized and he genuinely wants his guests to feel at home. Thanks Keith!

This place served our needs perfectly - plenty of space and an extra bdrm as well. The view was incredible, of the Charles River and Cambridge on the other side. Dedicated parking space much appreciated as well as an elevator in the building. Owner very responsive and answered any questions and concerns promptly and effectively. Everything we needed was included with the apartment, fully equipped kitchen with condiments in cabinets, extra towels and bedding and toiletries. Would certainly stay again
