Stunning Beachfront - huge balcony - new owners

Our host was Amazing!!Condo was Great for all of us plus it was beautiful, The views and the beach were beautiful as well

The Balcony was amazing! Lots of room in the condo including 3 bathrooms! Kitchen was very well stocked. Communication was great and Erik was very helpful. Parking is a little tight under the condo but the overflow area directly across the street was great. Public parking is directly behind that if you have too many vehicles. All within walking distance. Restaurant and ice cream shop directly across the road. Walmart is within walking distance also if needed. Beach is easy to access and the pool is a decent size and has a hot tub. The sunsets are gorgeous. Make sure you read the directions to get your parking passes which includes printing out your passes. I found out the hard way at 8 oclock at night after a very long drive............

This condo is exactly as described and perfect for big families or a couples trip. Jordan is the absolute best to work with and was very quick to answer all my questions. Parking onsite is tight, but the overflow lot across the street was convenient and we had no issues.

Great place to stay. The property manager was amazing and he took care of the refrigerator not being cold in a timely manner. The grill area needs some improvement done. One grill was not working during our stay.

The condo was amazing. Just like pictured. The owner was very responsive to anything I needed, just great all around. The parking was not great but all parking in PCB isn’t great. The garage is a very tight squeeze. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had so much available to use to cook and the balcony was AMAZING! Will definitely be staying again!

Everything was great! Host was very quick to reply to any questions. Would stay here again!

They totally loved the room.

We were happy to find the property beautiful, clean and spacious for our family! We have 4 teens and 2 children and there was enough room for everyone! The location was perfect! We did have trouble with our door code on our last two days. But the property manager had a backup plan in place already and was prompt with communication! We would definitely return!

This condo was spectacular! The balcony is huge with an amazing view! There is plenty of space for 4 couples. Two king master suites, and two additional queen bedrooms with private baths as well. The kitchen was well stocked. A regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Very nice refrigerator. All the beds were comfortable. There is a washer/dryer in one of the guest bathrooms. 2 access points to that bathroom (from hallway and guest bedroom). T.Vs in all 4 bedrooms. Getting to the one parking spot in the lower-level garage is daunting but do-able. We were able to park a Ford F150 in the spot. It's tight though. There were plenty of parking spaces available in the overflow parking area across the street. The elevators worked just fine and were fast! There were chairs/umbrella rentals available. $35 a day. Jordan was an amazing host and was very quick to respond with any questions. Thank you, Jordan! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property and beautiful weather!

The condo was beautiful, and we loved having so many beds. The washing machine had issues, but I contacted the owner and he immediately sent help. We would go back! It was a great family trip!

We really enjoyed our time in the condo. As stated by the property owner, parking is tricky but not terrible. We did have to pay for our second vehicle most of the time which added up to more than expected. The balcony is amazing! The cleaners could do a better job (I own a cleaning business so I'm a harsh critic) but that is not the hosts fault really. The host was very easy to reach when needed. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was pleasant. Overall it served our needs very well and we had a great time.
