Our beautiful one-bedroom condo in Tower 3 on the second floor offers a relaxing and memorable getaway for couples, small families, or solo travelers. We have been local residents since 2016. Previously vacationed at Edgewater Beach Resort with our 6 children since 1989. Created many family memories over the years.

Registration Information:
- Photo ID/reservation needed to pick up pass at front security gate
-Minimum 25yrs old to rent
- One car pass included in price, any additional will be $30
- Car pass ready 2 weeks prior to check in

Wristbands(4) will be in unit upon arrival, and must be left when departing.
If lost there will be a $25 replacement fee
