Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025Condo and building are classic OC. Furniture is outdated but in good shape, beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for a night or 2 weeks. Beach gear closet was packed with lots of options. Place felt very welcoming, like I was staying with family. Price could not be beat. I would stay here again, thank you!

Stayed May 21, 2025We had an amazing stay! The view was completely unexpected- unobstructed ocean view and the balcony overlooked the pool. A few reviews before us mentioned window blinds that didn’t work, but we didn’t experience any issues at all so those must have been fixed. The kitchen is fully stocked, they provide you with anything you might need, and overall the condo was cozy and comfy. It was perfect for our two families and our littles! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025The property was nice, Loved the ocean front and the balcony. Plenty of bath towels and pillows. Only complaint is the blinds in the living room on the sliders did not work properly and you could not open them all the way up to see the gorgeous ocean view. Same problem in the main bedroom. The blinds did not open right- slats were missing and you could not open the blinds to enjoy the ocean view from the bedroom. All the slats that had fallen out were laying in the closet.
