It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025I would absolutely stay here again! Awesome location, just steps from the sand and an amazing view! The kitchen has plenty of dishes and silverware, but was missing a pizza cutter and tongs. I loved the assigned parking for 2 cars. Things to consider: There are no paper towels or kleenex in the unit. The most inconvenient thing was the lack of bath towels. 1 bath towel per person and 1 kitchen towel was provided. For a beach vacation with teen girls, I was constantly doing wash. Had I known, I would've have brought some extra towels for the long hair. While it wasn't a problem for us, the attached bath is very tiny, maybe 4x6 ft.

Stayed Jun 17, 2025We totally enjoyed our stay at this rental with two adults and two children. The location couldn't have been better. The balcony overlooking the the beach and ocean was breathtaking. We were close enough to see the dolphins! What a pleasure to eat out there and hear the lapping of the waves. The beach had life guards so we felt safe. The lovely, refreshing pool was a nice alternative to the beach. The apartment was very comfortable and was close to a food market. We would definitely go back.

Stayed May 2, 2025The place was perfect ! Just a friend and myself for the weekend to meet some other friends. Easy to find and right on the beach ! Wake up and walk out on the balcony to look and listen to the ocean. Loved it !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Although the front door electronic lock was frustrating at times and the WiFi spotty, the unit as a whole was nice. It was clean and the beds comfortable. Great access to a quiet beach. Great view from the balcony. Quiet building. Restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely loved this place. It was clean, roomy, great ocean view and with our family of 4 which includes 5 year old twins, it was an ideal location with convenient access to the beach. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying there again.
