Beautiful resort, can’t say enough about the resort. Great atmosphere and amenities. Love the condo, things weren’t as clean as I would hope such as a little trash under furniture and a few dirty dishes in cabinet, appliances needing cleaned. Overall amazing experience just required some cleaning by my family.

We booked our family’s annual beach vacation at Indigo 602 and it did NOT disappoint. The property was clean and beautifully appointed! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. It was a great week with ZERO issues. A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was great except parking is a challenge, especially with a larger vehicle. One night my son who drives a larger truck could not find parking available in oversized parking and in the oversized size deck smaller cars had been allowed to park. Security seemed to be at a loss and just told him to park in 15 minutes parking. Parking spaces are also small and tight.

The accomodations were great. We stayed with our Sister-In-Law and nephew.The room location is perfect (sixth floor)

This was by far the nicest property we have ever vacationed in! Check in was easy and everything was as it was advertised to be.

We just completed our stay at North Beach Towers and truly had a 5 star experience. The condo was great and iTrip was the most responsive and accommodating agency I've booked with so far. Anything we messaged them about, they responded and took care of as immediate as was possible. We discussed during our stay that we think we've found our annual rental! Beautiful property and very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Property is dated- kitchen dinner seats were all peeling, recliners in couch were busted, hairdryer melted/broken in drawer in master, there were broken drawers in the furniture in all the rooms… BUT great location, beds were all comfortable, and rooms were all nice sized that everyone had their own space. Cleanliness left a little to be desired, but it’s a rental, so that’s to be expected I guess.

The North Beach Towers is a beautiful facility with pools and amenities that are wonderful. The unit we stayed in is decorated nicely and equipped with general needs for cooking, bathing and laundering; the grounds are lovely as well. Our issues involve our specific unit. The oven did not work well and needs to be cleaned; broiler did not work at all. Smoke alarms need attention and would not stop sounding any time we turned on the stove or oven, even though there was no smoke to set them off. The laundry room light fixture does not turn on at all and was left with one non-working tube, one missing, and the cover was off and sitting on top of the dryer. The place seems clean enough overall; however, there was a moldy bowl of bacon grease left in the oven and a towel and wash cloth left in the dryer from previous tenants, so we know those things were not checked by housekeeping after the last guests. Also, the main gate to get into the parking garage closes early, but there is nothing in the literature that explains how to get into the facility after the gate is closed for the night. It was figured out after quite awhile of frustration. This is unnecessary, since guests could and should be given this information in their welcome packet.

2nd time we've stayed here for our golf trip. Separate rooms with bathrooms is perfect. Great location, will stay again.

This unit’s furniture is quite dated. Unit has a great ocean view and it was very clean but too much clorox smell.

This was an amazing place to stay! I was so relaxing to wake up to the sounds and views this place has to offer. Waking up and drinking my coffee on the balcony, listening to the ocean and watching the are wake up was one of my favorite parts of our stay. We had 7 people (two families) staying here and we all had plenty of room. The trash key wasn't working for us but that was the only issue we had. I would have liked it if there was a map of everything on site... maybe there was and we just didn't know how to find it. We would rent this location and condo again!

The pictures you have must have been taken years ago because this place was in such disrepair it is pathetic. All of the furniture is old and uncomfortable and none of the lazy boys work. The mattress in the master bedroom was horribly old and worn out. The showers had mildew. The dryer would not dry anything and give an error message that the exhaust was 90% clogged which in my opinion is a major fire hazard. We called about it and they said to just dry one towel at a time. The washing machine is full of black mildew. And then the kitchen… it is so poorly outfitted! There were only 6 coffee cups for a place that sleeps 10. No cookie sheet, pots and pans were pathetic and every time we cooked on the stove top or in the oven the smoke alarm went off probably because they were so dirty. I have stayed many of places and this by far was the worst. For what we paid, this was a total zero! This is a shame that you allow properties like this to be on your VRBO listings!

The amenities at North Beach Towers are amazing. They even had a special entertainment Luau which we all loved. Our condo was beautiful and comfortable. We booked thru Itrip and they were extremely helpful and made checking in and out very convenient.

Such a wonderful time. Look forward to renting again next year if available.
