️ Stunning 4 Bedroom Penthouse, Ocean Front Boardwalk ️

We have stayed in this condo for many years and we will continue to do so. Every year their are upgrades and it is in a perfect location.

Magnificent rental in a great location. The owners are very reachable and responsive. This was our third year and plan on going back next year.

Beautiful and clean condo. Rooms are extremely large. First condo that I have stayed in that had pots and pans in excellent condition.

We rent this annually for girls weekend and it's not only located in a great place on the boardwalk but the condo itself is fresh updated and well equipped The hosts are very attentive and responsive. Would highly recommend

Beautiful condo. The beds were comfortable and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Location is on the boardwalk, beach and near lots of restaurants and shops

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Condo. The website photos were exactly the way the condo looked. We would definitely liked to stay there again. The contract person was very friendly and professional My rating would be 10

This condo had plenty of space to accommodate 12 of us (7 children / 5 adults) and all of the bathrooms made life so much easier! It’s a fantastic location and gorgeous condo, the kitchen was every cook’s dream.

Amazing property, location, and exactly like how it’s advertised.

Beautiful penthouse. Although checking in seemed complicated when I received the packet but it was not. at all. The kitchen was well stocked with needed supplies. The bedroom for my 5 grandchildren was a little tight, especially with no place to put their clothing. The grandkids did ok with the sleeping situation. Brought an extra blowup mattress for one of them to sleep.

The condo was awesome. Ocean city has changed since we brought our children to the ocean in the 1990's. Food has gone downhill, the board walk is like a bazar from a third world nation. I made the decision not to go to the board walk to see the fireworks with my grandchildren and we watched it from the patio. That was a good move, I watch the young crowd stampede off the beach and board walk running over anything in their way. Ocean city is not a family beach anymore.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is very spacious and the decor is lovely. The location on the boardwalk meant easy beach access and endless entertainment at our fingertips.

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful beach front rental. It was better than the pictures posted. Spacious and clean. We will definitely return in the future.

The place was clean and lovely, more than enough room for the 7 of us. The view was spectacular! Only complaint was it was about 15 degrees outside and the temperature in the place was set on 50 degrees. It didn’t get to human level warm until the next morning!

We absolutely love the Belmont and stayed prior to Oceans Calling Weekend. The location and rooms are amazing! The place is Very spacious and comfortable. The only down side is the price hike was a bit over done...however we did all agree to pay the price. The last minute notice that the place had a leak and smelled moldy and musty was also a bit disappointing. Obvioulsly at that last minute there was nothing that could have changed it. The front two room really had the brunt of the smell. Luckily we were at the festival 80 percent of our stay. Would consider renting again for next year. Hopefully as a returning guest the price hike won't be as steep. Sue Berger

Nice home and excellent Communication

Perfect location condo had everything we needed lots of room and plenty of bathrooms Indoor pool was a plus for the kids on rainy dsys

This is an absolutely beautiful property with a great location.

What a great location for young kiddos, lots of space in the perfect spot! Everyone loved the stay especially me, a mom of two kiddos under three. I was able to enjoy some gym and pool time during naptime because the pool is right outside our window. Loved, loved, love our time here!

This was a superb experience. Everything was as hoped for and as expected. We found our family summer vacation spot for years to come. Thank you to Steve and his team. Excellent communication and great service for our needs. A ten for sure! ?
