The Space:

Convenient location, just a mile away from Disney's Animal Kingdom Park and Orlando's most popular attractions. This resort-style gated community is set in between Sherberth Rd. and Black Lake Rd. with quick access to Hwy. 192.Magic Village Resort has a clubhouse that offers personalized concierge services, fitness center and kids room, and a magnificent resort-style swimming pool.Outdoor recreation includes beach volleyball courts and tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy a coffee at the The Bridge Coffeeshop or have a delicious dinner at the Meeting Point Restaurant.



The townhome has a luxurious feel that is defined by clean lines and monochromatic colors that give off a calming vibe throughout its rooms.



The main entrance leads to a luminous open space, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen with an oversized island/breakfast bar with stools.The gourmet kitchen area opens up to a double-height living room where guests are drawn to the flow of the space and natural light.Enjoyable and comfortable sitting areas make the perfect spot to hang out with family and friends.



A pair of glass sliding doors lead guests to a covered and cozy patio, featuring a table set and BBQ and relaxing outdoor furniture.



Heading upstairs guests will find three flawless, contemporary-style suites that offer comfortable accommodation for up to 10 persons.



The magnificent Master Bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, and en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.

Along the hallway there are two other suites. One consists of a QueenSize bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other features two TwinSize beds and ensuite bathroom with shower and a Fourth Bedroom with QueenSize Bed and Ensuite Bathroom.The fourth bathroom and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located downstairs in the hallway, next to the main entrance door.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



Observations about Magic Village Resort use policies by Homeowner Association :

** The use of resort amenities requires the payment of a daily fee, made directly to the Magic Village Clubhouse. Access to the Clubhouse amenities, including the pools, recreational areas, and fitness center, is available for a fee of $100.00 per home, per day of use, paid directly at Magic Village Resort. Access to the on-site restaurant and concierge services is included at no additional cost. Please note that access to amenities is controlled by an electronic card and only granted upon payment of the daily fee, which provides full access for all registered guests in the home for that day.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Within Magic Village (Yards) Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours. Club House Amenities and Pools are paid direct at Magic Village Resort upon a daily fee per use, direct w then. The use of resort amenities request a payment of a daily fee to Magic Village Clubhouse direct per unit.



3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

    Very nice property that is very convenient to Disney parks. In the middle of all types of stores and restaurants. The cleaning service needs to do a better job of cleaning the shower. Unnecessary amount of mildew that can be cleaned with bleach.

    Went with family for a brothers reunion. Place is very spacious and was clean. We were required to take out trash to the dumpster and place dirty towels in the washer machine and start it. The check-in procedure is a little tedious and you will get numerous messages before and throughout your stay. Would stay here again.

    Loved the location, the 4 bedrooms were nice, each had their own bathrooms , nice balconies and patio. Most likely would stay again. I do have a couple of issues..each bathroom gets 1 roll of toilet paper for a week, they give you 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 extra trash bag, 1 paper towel, and the frying pan had eggs on it. It was gross. One of all of these is not feasible for a family of 7 for a full week. We had to go and ask for more. Then we were charged $5 for toilet paper. I rent a ton of condos, I have NEVER had this happen before. Oh, each bathroom had 2 towels, us women use to by ourselves. No wash clothes. Anyway, they need to stick the condos and not charge for items that should be included. Easy communication though. Thank you

    This place is great stay for families. Lot of rooms with lot of bathroom. The location is perfect if you are planning to go to Disney. It’s near to many restaurants and convenience stores. Highly recommended.

    Home was great! It was close to Disney, not too far from other areas we wanted to visit. I'm wanting to give the cleaners the benefit of the doubt but one of the bathrooms in the home wasn't cleaned. Otherwise, a great home to stay in. One suggestion, bring ear plugs if you're planning on staying in one of the rooms towards the back of the house. The house is located bumped up to a fairly busy road, but the road cannot be heard from the front bedrooms. Ultimately, the road is not something negative against the home or the owner. Completely out of their control. We love staying in this area and this was not our first time and definitely wont be our last.
