Stunning 3BR Condo - Phoenix II 2153

The condo was clean and well appointed, furnished to accommodate our group of 7 comfortably. Check-in was a breeze and all amenities and beach area were very accessible & simple to access. We would definitely return! Note: be prepared to buy/ bring your own toilet paper, dish soap & paper towels if you plan to use them frequently.

We stayed in the same unit we were in last year. Plenty of room, beautiful view and easy access to so many things!! We had an issue where the water quit working in one of the bathrooms, but we were able to get ahold of maintenance and it was fixed within an hour. We loved our stay!

-The floors were covered in sand -Hallway toilet was loud and ran all the time -Tiles were busted and broken all around the fireplace which was a safety hazard to 4 kids under 5 in there. -Filthy air filters -privacy shutters broken and standing in the corner of living room. -The showers haven’t been cleaned in some time. Disgusting. Black in all 4 corners on mildew/mold all over. -We spent the first whole day just cleaning it before I would allow my kids to touch things. -We come to OB all the time. Won’t be returning to this condo. -I have photos of all the mentioned above I’ll be happy to send to whomever.

This condo is very spacious. However, for the price, it lacked what I’m used to having in condos on the beach. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as a lot I’ve stayed in the past. The dryer took forever to dry. We ended up taking towels outside to dry. A lot of the plug outlets didn’t work correctly. We tried to use the vacuum to help with the sand, and it started smelling like the belt was burning up. The little broom that we could use was not very useful. We had a great time, but this particular unit needs a lot of updates. Cracked tiles, poorly lit rooms, the air felt like it wasn’t working well, especially in the master bedroom. We loved the location, the pools and the overall beach experience. It just needs a lot of work for the price.

It was a breeze from the initial booking to check out. This property is super spacious had way more room than thec4 of us needed but we enjoyed every moment. The view is AMAZING! If I were to share any suggestions it would be that it needs some updating but overall it was quite comfortable

The condo was more than expected. Very spacious, check in was a breeze and the beach was amazing.

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary with our son, daughter-in-law and their 3 small children. Everything was prefect! Plenty of room and a wonderful location. Can't wait to return!
