Stunning 3 BR/3 BA loft apartment w/balcony overlooking historic downtown!

We stayed here during the Food and Wine Festival-the loft is so LARGE and AMAZING! The original architecture is the perfect juxtaposition for the new modern decorations. Everything is top notch! Jennifer was so friendly and helpful with her communications. If you are ever in the area, the Dixon Loft is your home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dixon Loft! Conveniently located on Main Street downtown, the loft is a perfect jumping off point for anything you want to do in Natchez. The property itself is loaded with charm and exceptionally decorated. It was just perfect for our family of seven. A bonus was being so close to the Cathedral and hearing the beautiful bells chiming!

My daughter, her three children, and I traveled to Natchez for the weekend. I grew up there so I was very familiar with the location but had never stayed there before. We loved it! It's very spacious with 3 large ensuite bedrooms which was perfect for us - I had my own room with king size bed, my daughter and granddaughter shared a king size bed, and my two grandsons each had a queen bed in one bedroom. The decor and colors were beautiful and happy. There are lots of old windows which let in tons of natural light. The kitchen, although we didn't use anything but the coffee maker, was well equipped. The location is great - it's downtown, but close to everything since Natchez is fairly small. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had the best weekend in Natchez staying at the Dixon Loft. The loft exceeded every expectation- the pictures don’t do it justice. Very large, well appointed and impressive. It was hard leaving the balcony/ loft to go explore Natchez. Great location, friendly and accommodating hosts. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Beautiful renovation. Great for girls getaway. Only drawback is the stairs. You have to be able to climb up. We had one guest who had a hard time but made it and enjoyed it immensely

The property is beautiful and large with so much space. The manager was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in the middle of downtown in walking distance to shops and places to eat. It was easy to get in and out and lock up. I will definitely come back and stay again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful loft! I was both gorgeous and comfortable, which is rare. The weather was great, and we really enjoyed the balcony. Pretty shops and fabulous restaurants are just steps away…another bonus!

We absolutely loved the Dixon Loft. It was so beautifully decorated. I loved that it had 3 master suites, each with their own bathroom and thermostat controls. Everything was within walking distance. We had a great stay and would love to stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Dixon Loft! It’s a beautifully restored property with amazing decor and attention to detail. The location was perfection and close to everything you want to do in town. We also loved all of the historical touches like old photographs of the building, framed documents from the previous owners, etc. The property managers were super responsive and helpful as well. All in all we had a great stay!! Highly recommend! Very authentic property in Natchez.

Overall we had a great stay. Place is nicely decorated and charming. It was clean but I do travel with my own cleaning supplies. The check in and out was seamless, my only recommendation is to do a a quick sweep of the window sills and corners as webs and dead flies accumulate here. I would definitely visit again.
