Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Beach Home

The host and crew were very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The condo we stayed in was very roomy and comfortable. There were several maintenance issues that needed attention. The washer and dryer did not work upon arrival but the staff were extremely helpful in getting our laundry done after each day of use, mostly just drying our towels after a long snorkel day. The stove/oven had issues but we had a work around. The microwave quit working on the 2nd to last day of our stay. The water temp and pressure were annoying to deal with but finally just settled for a warm shower and a trickle. The view from the 3rd floor was amazing and very relaxing on the balcony. The beach area is unusable (if you wanted to get into the water). We could have easily given this property a 5 star rating if it were not for the above reason. I will say that the host and staff get the 5 star rating. They did go above and beyond to help us with all the issues that arose. We were informed that the owner had been notified and that those issues were going to be handled as soon as the appliances came in. The air conditioners were also not working in the kitchen in dining area.

Whoa, what a wonderful villa. Great layout, extremely clean, beautiful views. A bit for from town but for reef trips you get picked up at the adjacent dock. Go ahead and let the property manager book boating trips for you as they use good vendors at competitive prices, so easy. A power outage zapped our hot water heaters so it was cool showers for awhile. Management was later able to divert hot water to the rest of our units bathrooms.

Helpful staff and comfortable, well-equipped condo. Beautiful view of ocean, pool and pier. Colorful Belizean art! Walking distance to one restaurant we enjoyed and a tiny grocery store. Quick golf cart ride to lots of great spots. The Tipsy Lobster cooked our catch perfectly for us! One minor complaint is that there’s a washer and dryer and a dishwasher, but you have to buy pods to use it. No great cost, just seemed skimpy and was not the case where we stayed the first part of the week. Also would have appreciated a starter amount of coffee. Coffee and sugar was provided at our first condo. Would have rather paid a small amount more and not had to hassle with finding coffee or buying washer/dryer or dishwasher pods. Overall, it was a spacious, lovely spot we’d definitely recommend!

This unit is absolutely gorgeous! The views are stunning! The unit itself is very large with super comfortable beds. The art work in the unit is beautiful and playful. We could not have been happier with this property. The crew that manages it are exceptional and could not have been more professional. It’s a bit of a golf cart drive to San Pedro, but the property is worth the drive for its serene setting. We look forward to coming back!
