The unit was wonderful and Mark was such a great host. This is my fourth time at the property and B222 was my favorite unit thus far!

Beautiful condo. Location is great being in the middle of some popular locations. Steps to pool was very convenient. Not far from beach. Communication with host was beyond excellent. I would give 10 stars if possible.

Waterscape is a very nice property and wonderful for families with young children but can be over crowded at times.

This was a perfect location for my family. The condo was steps away from the heated pool. The king size bed was very comfortable. We were within walking distance to restaurants, putt putt, and ice cream. Mark provided plenty of beach and pool toys. The included beach chairs and umbrella service were a blessing. The kids also enjoyed using the kayak in the ocean, which was also included with the room for one hour each day.

Everything was as advertised. The convenience of staying on the ground level was perfect for simply walking out of your sliding doors to the pool area and avoiding the elevators was so nice. Would definitely stay again.

My 6 year old son and I had an amazing g vacation. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We loved that the condo was on the same level as one of the pools. It was clean and mark answered all my questions. Great place and a great 7 day stay. The public beach on the bayside was gorgeous and easier there were no big waves.

We booked with no problem , everything was on point couldn’t have asked for a better Host in Mark . He handled any questions fast and efficiently and was a joy to rent from . We will Definitely be back , great location also to pools and beach .

My husband and I typically stay in Panama City Beach but wanted to stay somewhere different. This place was great. We sat out on the patio in the morning for coffee and for cocktails when the sun went down. There are 3 pools on the property

Unit B222 is comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you will need. Will definitely stay here again. Mark, the owner, texted us and called to let us know the unit was ready early. We had no problems but I texted to we loved staying right beside the upstairs pool . Lots of toys and a wagon and some chairs are provided. Beach set ice was great too. check on check out requirements. He responded pretty fast. see about cl

We chose to spend our vacation here at Mark’s location at Waterscape and it went just as we’d hoped for. Everything went smoothly, and the condo was perfect for my family. With the condo being poolside, it was perfect for my kids. It smelled fresh during our stay and was very clean. Everything we could need was provided. We would definitely book with Mark again. His hospitality and clear instructions were superb!

The amenities are great and it is nice being right next to the pool. Short walk including one flight of stairs or elevator to get to the beach. Mark sent clear instructions on where to park, which elevator to use, etc which made check in very easy!

First time staying at this property and neither the property nor the unit disappointed.

The condo was very clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It’s resort like with lots of amenities including 3 large pools. It’s located minutes from the sand and everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. The owner Mark called on our drive down and he’s so nice and helpful!! 5 stars. We will book again with him.
