Everything was perfect

Everything we wanted in a cozy studio. Excellent view, even though we had the unfortunate luck of having rain 4 out of 5 days. We walked the beach during every break in the weather and enjoyed watching the surf from the balcony when it rained. The condo itself was great. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and a good size. Nice bathroom with the sink separated from the shower and toilet, which is great for privacy and convenience. The location of this condo cannot be beat. It is an easy walk to either the harbor or the fishing pier. There are many restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. Several grocery stores can also be found just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our time in the condo despite the poor weather, and we hope to return in the future.

What an amazing place! Incredible location and view. Fully equipped with everything we needed, most importantly, a coffee maker. Coffee and that view in the morning is magical! Host is incredibly responsive and helpful. Really easy checkin and checkout. We 100% will be returning!!! PERFECT!!!

Beatiful place and stunning view of the beach and the pier. Loved the location of the room on the property. There was construction going on, so the elevator access was a little inconvenient, and hard to find the working one at first. But once we figured it out, it was all good. Will definitely stay here again!!

The stay was great. The condo was the perfect place to relax and hear the waves from the beach. Everything in walking distance to go eat and/or visit. My wife and I would highly recommend this condo. We would stay here again.

D210 is great for couples or a family with a little one. The condo was well stocked with cooking essentials, bathroom essentials and linens. I just wish the oven and dishwasher worked better.The bed was firm, but not too firm. Plenty of pillows and blankets. View was amazing with dining options inside and out!

Amazing!!! This location is stunning, beautiful view of the pier and ocean. What was the best surprise? They had binoculars there! This condo was perfectly welcoming and there is pretty much everything there you need! The bed was super comfy and huge! The decor made us feel like we were in the best beach vacation!! (We are locals, and this was a brilliant “staycation). The owner communicated with us, with any questions, and I would Highly recommend this place. Ours was a studio and it was plenty big!! We have already booked our next trip for this same condo.

Really nice condo, beautiful view, very close to the beach, easy walk to Oceanside Pier and shops. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella included with stay. Covered parking. Huge swimming pool and hot tubs. Our host had great communications with us.

Great studio property…we absolutely loved this little piece of heaven…Fantastic view from our balcony…the condo was equipped with everything we needed…Location was so convenient…close to everything in Oceanside/Carlsbad!Owner was awesome…answered any questions we had promptly… Hated to leave but we will be back soon!!

Our family of 4 adults loved this location! The immediate access to the beach and strand was AMAZING! We slept with the patio door open to sleep all night hearing the waves…and woke to walking the beach, getting coffee on the strand at a little beach bistro at the pier. We enjoyed walking the other direction and having dinner at the harbor, too! The location is truly amazing and made us feel like real locals! We also loved that the property is maintained well and very quiet!

This beach view unit had all the space two people needed! The location overlooking the public beach was great! The complex is beautiful with many amenities. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We for sure would consider coming back here again!

We've stayed in another unit within this complex a couple of times and decided to try a different one this year. This unit is our favorite now, and we promptly booked a repeat trip for next year as soon as we got back home. This view is incredible! The condo is as is shown, yet somehow better. For us (middle aged couple) it was the perfect size. I was worried that we'd regret downsizing from a one bedroom to a studio unit but we didn't at all. We actually liked having the bed out there and we slept with the slider door open which we loved. Unit also has a traditional cable TV subscription which was nice. The bed is a huge king and we found it to be really comfortable. I slept like a baby there. The only negatives would be that the bathroom is pretty small, and I think the unit only works size-wise for a couple or single. Even adding a small child would be a lot I think.

The condo and resort were very nice and safe! I only wish the weather would have been warmer to enjoy the beach. Would love to come back! Thanks!
