Strawberry Park condos feature true ski-in/ski-out luxury accommodations. Located directly on the slopes, next to a high speed express chairlift. There is an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam, sauna, and an exercise room on site. All located just steps to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $175 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, three bathrooms, deck area, and a master suite with a king size bed, en-suite bath. The second room has two queen beds with ensuite bath. Also equipped with a full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer. There is an assigned ski locker on the ski access level, free wifi, great views.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

great experience, 5 minute walk to ski slopes in early season
My wife and 3 year old daughter spent a week in this condo and can't wait to come back next year. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and you could not beat the location. The complex amenities were great, pool, hot tub, fitness, steam, etc. Our only complaint, is the VRBO listing claims that the master bath has a steam shower, which it most certainly does not.
This place was perfect for our summer family stay. We loved the location and the facilities. Jean, the property manager was really helpful. This location is right off the main road and while it didn’t seem that busy during the day, the road being so close, was loud starting at 5:30 every morning. We slept with the windows open and it was better once we closed the windows (you could sleep through it). That is our only (minor) complaint. Otherwise, it was so nice to have access to the mountain from the building and to be so close to the town center without being in the craziness of it all. Would stay again!!
Beautiful condo, stocked with everything you could need to cook. The convenience of the location cannot be beat, directly across from the entrance to the village. Gym, sauna and pool are an added bonus. Very spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. We loved being across from the village with all the hustle and bustle. just know that the shuttle busses go by every few minutes, so if you are looking for quiet, you will need to have the windows and sliding glass door shut. 10/10 would stay here again.
Pros: - BC Village is just across the road - Clean and well maintained unit with everything you need - Super comfortable beds! - Unit is portrayed accurately in the pics Cons: - Ski in/ski out is technically correct, but requires a good bit of poling/walking from the village - There are strict rules regarding entry & exit with ski equipment that you must pay attention to or else risk upsetting the HOA. There don't seem to be a lot of rental units in the building & the HOA is very aware of the comings/goings of the renters. Not a real big deal, but pay attention to the requirements to avoid getting the HOA employees in trouble and receiving a phone call from the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for putting up with us!

Nothing negative to report. It was a great location - the ice skating rink, village & ski school all within easy walking distance. Strawberry hill ski lift is directly behind building. The condo itself had very nice accommodations. We had a wonderful experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.
