Stayed Sep 18, 2025Nice view of the lift, runs and valley. Not walking distance down to town, but very close. Still able to take trail runs out the door in the summer, and mountain bike from there.Used the balcony in the evenings. Same level as the parking lot, but second story off the back.We'd stay there again. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and updated.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Very nice property. Location is very nice and parking was easy. Unit was very clean. A bit dated in some aspects. Well appointed and good space for a family. Management was super east to contact with any questions and very quickly responded. Is a but far from ski base but had great views of the resort.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025The location is perfect for both steamboat skiing and anything you might want to do in the town of Steamboat Springs itself. Parking was very easy and accessible and the directions and guide/instructions we were provided with was very well thought out and comprehensive. Every question we had was answered within minutes. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

Stayed Feb 3, 2025Great location. Wish that there were better instructions about how to utilize the 'ski in' / 'ski out'. Just a paragraph or two left in the unit would do it. Also, when we inquired with the manager about whether there is bus/shuttle service from the unit they (twice) sent us a city bus schedule. I find it hard to believe that that is the only transportation solution other than uber or driving yourself.
