We were incredibly pleased with 803 at regency isle. We’ve traveled to this area several times in the past and this is by far the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Obviously it’s more expensive than units without the better amenities, but for our family of four it was worth it. We spent a lot of mornings on the biggest patio we’ve seen. The view is amazing, but since it faces due south you have to be on the rail to see sunrise/sunset. The master bath is incredible and the bonus toilet in the laundry area was our favorite for convenience. The ice maker was game changing. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed except a drip coffee maker. The air conditioner worked great. Everything was clean, nice, and well decorated. The elevator was a bit slow/busy. We only parked one vehicle in the covered garage but we really loved having a reserved spot. Beach access was as expected. It was busy and chair spots filled up early. Swimming was great, and there was a private beach adjacent to the property that gave extra space to swim. I fished a lot but only caught small red/cat/pompano. Not much fishing around me either. There are much better fishing spots within a couple miles.

Everything was perfect. Great location and updated unit/furniture.

The condo was perfect. It was bigger than I expected! The beds were comfortable. We loved the ice machine and view from the balcony. The beach was beautiful with easy access. The only thing I can suggest is it would be wonderful to have some beach chairs and umbrellas available and beach towels. It is very easy to rent some on the beach every day though (45 for 2 chairs and umbrella per day) Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful place with us!

my 4 th time there

The condo was tastefully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were new, or otherwise in working order, and utensils had been thoughtfully chosen, making it easy to prepare meals. The property manager was extremely responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! This unit is now my number one choice for my annual trip to Orange Beach. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Property as described. Updated unit. Easy access to the beach. Location makes it easy to get to restaurants in AL and FL. Great balcony. We really enjoyed this stay.

This was our second time staying in this condo and once again everything was perfect! We couldn’t ask for anything more. Can’t wait to come back in the summer!

This unit is good size. My wife and I had plenty of space. We spent many hours on the spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Saw many dolphins right from the balcony. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Plenty of linens. More good than bad with this unit.

We could not have asked for anything better! Everything about this condo was perfect! We will definitely be back next year!
