Great condo! Easy check in with a beautiful beach.

Absolutely amazing stay. Condo was amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. Checkin was easy and the staff was great.

The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean. The elevator was a fast ride up and down, which I appreciate with being on the 10th floor. No complaints, it’s in a good location and close to Pier Park.

The condo looks exactly as the photos. Only negatives I noticed were the light under the microwave was burnt out and the fridge light was burnt out. But that’s literally it!!!! I would highly recommend this condo! Breathtaking views! I was confused thinking a grill was just on the resort property like other places I’ve stayed, but it was actually on the balcony which was a wonderful surprise! There is also an actual coffee pot in the unit as well. Not just a kuereg.

Stay was great! The condo was spacious and clean. The location was great. Loved the view! The master bedroom was beautiful. The only thing that made me not give it a 5 was the bunk room/beds. My kids are teens and traded, half the time, one in 2nd bedroom and one on bunk. They said the bunk room was kinda loud and the beds weren't that comfortable. Master bedroom bed was a 3/5 probably. I wasn't a big fan of the washer/dryer. All little things that weren't a big deal. But, I would definitely stay here again! The place was gorgeous and I really liked the beach chair service.

Loved the condo and the location! Very beachy and comfortable. All dishes, glasses, pots/pans, small appliances were provided in kitchen needs. A bit disappointed that we had to purchase trash bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels (1 roll provided), toilet paper (1 roll provided for each bath) but there were 6 of us and there was only one kitchen towel and washcloth. We expected to buy laundry detergent and softener as it was stated on the VRBO. Lost internet for 1 1/2 days and it happened to be raining those days so not much to do. But that isn't the condo's fault it was an AT&T issue. Will and Jill were for helpful and response time was great. I would recommend for a group of 4 - 6 looking for a nice condo on the beach.

Property was exactly as advertised. Loved the size of the property. Allowed for enjoyable beach and pool time. Property personnel was helpful and kind . One of the best stays I've had at PCB.
