The property was exactly as described. Check- in was easy. Kirchen was fully stocked. It had everything that we needed and was close walking distance to the beach. We use the trolley to go one night for dinner. It was very clean and the bed was great. Would love to come back.

Great, modern condo with easy access to the beach. Perfect for a couple. Comfortable bed and a large closet w/open shelving. Really helped out w/having a place to put personal items & toiletries out of the way. Plenty of hangers. Would have liked a Keurig type coffee maker to make things easier. Lots of hooks in the hallway & on the balcony to hang beach towels. I’d need to stay in a different unit with laundry inside if staying longer. Note: this was reported to the management staff — there is a thermostat that cannot be adjusted. Plenty of fans though & we were cool during a heat wave. Some cleaning issues - shelves and floor in closet weren’t cleaned well. Had to be wiped down & sand on the floor upon arrival. Didn’t bother mgmt about that but let them know that a giant fake eyelash (not in a package) was on the side table upon arrival. Really made me question what had been cleaned well. We didn’t visit the pool but had a view of it and it looked nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Villas on the Gulf. Pensacola Beach Properties made it super easy to check in and ask any questions. They respond quickly and do anything they can to make your stay perfect. We are staying with them again this fall!!

Beautiful condo. The property managers were excellent and helpful. Condo is on second floor and the people under us complained to us that they could hear us walking. They said it sounded like stomping but we were not doing that, just normal getting ready for bed. So I spent the days I had there tip toeing around the condo. Not sure if it doesn’t have enough sound barrier between floors or just a hard to please tenant below us.

It was hard to find at dusk when we arrived. Couldnt see building numbers. Other than that it was a perfect experience. Such a shot walk to the beautiful beach. Would recommend highly!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and quiet property. Easy walk on the property to the beach. The only negatives are no adequate laundry facilities and the floors in the condo needed a good cleaning prior to our arrival. Also the living room rug needed laundering. We found a great laundry facility just minutes from the condo.

Charming little place, was nice to not be in a high rise. Just 1 minute walk from the beach!

Location of the condo was perfect. Just a few minute walk to a beautiful beach and a close drive to food and shopping. Property management was great and condo was just as pictured. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay again!

Our beach vacation was amazing! At the time of the booking early in the year, I didn’t realize it was Red, White and Blues Week. We were in for such a treat with an awesome view of the air show on our balcony and also on the beach! The only things I can think of that could improve our stay would be to fix the lighting in the staircase because it was fairly dull, the “whistling” issue around the door on windy nights and the door in general is hard to open and close. We had to have someone from the maintenance department show us how to open it the very first day. It shouldn’t be so difficult each and every time coming and going out of the door. All in all, we would love to return! Everything is beautiful and as seen in the pictures. Great condo!

Great place for family vacation. We had a great stay. Will be back. Beach was absolutely beautiful with easy access with small children or older kids. Pool also great for younger kids.
