Stayed Dec 31, 1969The main feature of the property were the balconies which prompted me to select this property when booking. To my surprise upon arriving, I learned that the balconies have not been operational for 3 months and will remain in a state of non-use for approximately 6 more months. This was never disclosed at the time of booking and photos listed on the website do not depict this. The photos on travel websites for this property should be updated to show that the balconies are inaccessible and the current condition of them while construction is taking place. I just stayed there this weekend and I have plenty of photos to share that depicts what the balcony looks like in reality, to include being awoken at 8:00am with construction workers on the master bedrooms balcony. There were also construction workers outside the plate glass window for the master bathroom, which prevented privacy when using the toilet or shower. I contacted the property management group and of course was informed that in the very small print of the conditions of rental they placed a statement that there was general construction taking place on site. At no time did they divulge that areas of the property paid for would be off-limits and that your space would be intruded on by construction workers.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Great place. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. Kitchen was tiny so only one person in it at a time if you cook. We didn’t so not a problem. Online it said the building was pink. They must have recently painted it and not updated online because it was not even close to pink. We loved it and would stay here again.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024If you’re looking for location, this place beats all others! However, the condo smelled of weed, and despite leaving doors open on patios and the entrance, the carpet didn’t let go of it the entire weekend. The linens are thin as tissue paper, just as the pillow are. And heaven forbid you find extra pillows to stack together, they are old/stained and without any pillow cases. The bed upstairs leans to the left so you’re rolling onto your sleeping partner and the jets in the master bathtub let out chunks of mold when turned on. It served its purpose of being accessible as we pompano fished directly across the street, however would be absolutely wonderful if updated or just cleaned better.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023Loved this place. It was very spacious, with great views of the ocean. It was very well maintained and clean. They were in the process of painting one of the adjacent buildings and the workers were very respectful of our privacy. There was an issue with the tub/shower in the master bathroom. It leaks around the door really bad. We noticed this on a review and thought it should have been addressed by now. So, if you stay here watch your step getting out it could be slick with the water on the floor. The check out time is 10am and the cleaning person was outside the door at 8:45am waiting for us to leave, and even asked if we were done while we were packing up. I would have liked to not feel so rushed, we were out by 10 and all was fine... but by all means this is not a deal breaker. Overall, this is one of the best places we have stayed in the Pensacola area.....Loved it !!!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Condo is very nice and clean. Their are older people living their in complex, and they're very nosy. I was basically harassed about something i didn't even do. Also this probably won't apply to everyone but i had no access to my decks over looking the gulf, because of construction. Would've been nice to know before booking. Entire side of building covered in scaffold.

Stayed Mar 31, 2023Property renovations were being conducted and we weren't notified or informed when we booked. Beach view was blocked by scaffolds and couldn't use balcony. Painting and sanding exterior of buildings. Observed workers wiping overspray and dust off of vehicles. Had to rinse off our vehicle everyday. Elevators weren't accessible while workers were present. Construction was being performed all day and went to get a shower and worker was looking right into our bathroom. Shower head leaked so water puddled up at shower door.(Tub/Shower combo.) Had to constantly use a squeegee to move water away from shower door to keep it from going on to floor. Wife slipped from water puddling up getting out of shower and cut her knee pretty bad. Needed stitches. Property will be nice when renovations are complete. Would have been nice to know all details when booking.

Stayed Mar 6, 2023Even though the property manager moved us to another set of condos. I will review what I saw in the 2 hours we were there. For starters we were only there for 2 hours because the balcony was closed off with scaffolding right in front of our windows. A worker was on the balcony when we got there. The construction was not advertised so they moved us. On to the review…… The condo is 3 floors. So there’s 2 sets of stairs in the condo. The flooring is all brown carpet which doesn’t really go with a beach condo. There is a 6” gap on the 2nd floor ledge where a small child could plunge to their death. The condo is on the bay side directly across the street from the Gulf (and public beach access) which the condo faces. These condos are the very last condos before Fort Pickens which does make it very quiet. Overall. We would NEVER stay here. So glad things worked out and we got out of this condo. For the money, we will pay more for a more upgraded, bright, beachy, condo directly on the Gulf.
