Stayed Jun 12, 2025Everything was great except the mattresses. They need to be replaced. Loved the chairs and umbrella in the outdoor bin and plenty of bedding and towels was a plus.

Very convenient location on 30A. Quick drive to our favorite restaurants. Unit was very clean with nice furnishings. Bathrooms could use an update but having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. First time staying at The Palms and we will be back!

Super-friendly management staff that are very responsive. Good beachfront access and has space to bring your own chairs to setup on beach or has beach chair service if needed. Really enjoyed being on the 1sf floor and was quiet.

I brought my daughters & a couple friends. Everything you want or need is a walk or bike ride away. The condo was decorated very nice. It was also very clean. I would definitely rent this condo again! The host was very helpful and responsive to messages. I also got a message during our stay checking to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Also, check in and check out was a breeze!!
