Steps to Siesta Key Beach, Condo w/View

Clean, spacious, everything you need was there. Location was perfect distance to restaurants and beach.Condo was well equipped! The host was very responsive and timely. Main office was very friendly and accommodating. Would def rent here again!

The condo itself was great. Clean, well stocked, and convenient to the beach. The balcony view was disappointing, to get the view in the pictures you have to lean over the balcony, looking straight out is just looking at another building. I knew it was not an oceanfront unit, but I have stayed in other places where the buildings are angled so you do have a partial ocean view from a side unit. Looking at the pictures in the listing that's what I expected, a partial view while sitting on the balcony, but honestly you had to stand right by the rail to get that partial view. Property management was very friendly and helpful getting us extra blankets when we asked since the extras we found in the unit are labeled for owner use only. Property is 1.5 miles from the pavillion and an easy beach walk. We also walked the road expecting to find shops or restaurants on the way but there are none. Captain Curts is right across the street from the property, as well as a grocery store so all that was great and convenient. Otherwise take the free trolley or the frog trolley (runs for tips only) if you want to get to other restaurantsor shopping.

The management team was welcoming. All amenities were appreciated. The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. All rooms were clean.

Great communication and easy check in. I made an error and the host contacted me immediately and helped out. Very clean, great location. My family of 5 had the best trip. Our first time to Siesta Key and it was amazing. We all want to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Condo was perfect. Everything we needed for a getaway at the beach. The condo is in excellent condition and a perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops a very easy walk away. Loved that the unit included a beach umbrella for times at the beach. Owner was super to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great. Perfect location across from the market, restaurants, and a trolley stop. Would have liked to be closer to the beach but we could see a small view of the ocean from the balcony.

This was a very nice condo and the pictures did not do it justice. The living room/dining area is huge. The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. We loved the balcony and being able to see the water from there. There was one tiny issue with getting through the gate when we got there, but the owner took care of it within minutes. I highly recommend this condo!

The condo is just as described! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and then some. We were right on the beach and directly across from restaurants and bars. You could not ask for a better location! We had a blast!

Friendly staff, easy check in.to Condo overall nice wish it was a room oceanfront could only see a small part of ocean from side balcony. Great beach access and close to few restaurants and shops. Trolley location difficult to find since sign had fallen down on ground and went to The siesta village which was alright not much as far as shops and several restaurants options. Very busy area with traffic. We used Uber to and from airport and fast reliable service. Overall, great relaxing vacation. Also found everything is expensive local grocery store to restaurants and even ice cream.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell 309. The condo is conveniently located on the white sands of Crescent Beach. We were very pleased with the amount of room in the condo and the nice supply of beach supplies. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return to our favorite beach!

Great location. Steps from the beach and many restaurants, bars, shops, and hop on the trolly for a ride to the village. Beautiful condo. Would stay again.
