Steps to Shadow Mountain Lake: Grand Lake Condo

The condo and accommodations were great! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and so was the living room layout. Cleanliness scored a 3 due to dust and webs on the corner of the 2nd bedroom. The heater cover on the 2nd bathroom also showed a bit of dust. Otherwise, great place to stay. Thank you!

The place was well llaid out and spacious, kitchen had everything needed, and plenty of towels were provided. Great location. The hosting company never provifed checkin information even after messaging thru app so had to call when we arrived and only then did they emal information.

The setting and location were perfect for us. However the condo was dusty with cobwebs were multiple— on lamps and furniture and all up the wall behind closed doors in the bedrooms. The sheets were not clean on one bed. Otherwise very functional

Overall a good stay and would recommend for future visitors. The location is ideal as it is proximate to the town and right on Shadow Mountain Lake. Bedrooms and living areas are spacious. There were a few items in the house that could use a quick fix, but overall nothing that affected our stay.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved the direct access to Shadow Mountain Lake for kayaking. Easy walk to Point Park, Hilltop, and to the hiking trail on Shadow Mountain. Wonderful vacation!

Photos in listing exact to what we got. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view and space. Information on the address was incomplete and required help from a local resident to sort out. Building C is an important piece in the address. Emailed the property manager with a question and never heard back. Otherwise, all was lovely.

four of us stayed and it was quite roomy; kitchen was adequately equipped with everything we needed.

Lake view, private patios off living room and master bath. Comfy beds, great workable kitchen. Plenty of room watching Football and playing table games. Our only issue was opening door, as there is an old lockbox and flat black pad we didn't know was a code box, neighbors helped us, no one answer phone # we called

It was convient and easy access

Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Listing was accurate and the view of the lake was amazing. We got to see a bear walk through the back yard area from our patio door. My only complaint is that there was only enough hot water for one person to shower. We then had to wait a while before the next person could shower and have at least warm water.

We’ve been going to Grand Lake for years, and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed. Everything was perfect.

The condo was perfect for my trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was quiet, clean, easy to find, and a short distance to the park entrance. I could not have found a better place to stay!

Beautiful view of the lake. Condo was clean and spacious. Had a little issue with the TV but communication with host was responsive. Would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was nice in the evenings. I would say the beds were too hard for us. But The best part was definitely the patio with the view!

Our entire family loved our stay. The place was clean and the kitchen was beyond well stocked- grateful as we made all of our meals and it just made everything so seamless knowing there was proper kitchen utensils and tools. It was fun for the kids to play in the snow just outside the sliding glass door and then to warm up by the cozy fire. Showers were hot and host was super communicative. Would definitely return!

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, well stocked, and a great location.We were there during the week, so it was quiet and not busy. However, once people arrived on Friday, the noise level increased. We could hear people on the stairs and toilets being flushed.
