Pet Policy
Up to 2 well-behaved indoor dogs under 30 lbs are welcome with prior approval. A $125 taxable pet fee applies per stay. Include breed and weight at booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Required Booking and Stay Policies

. Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

. Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

. No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

. Quiet Hours Walton County noise ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM, with fines up to $500.

. Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

. Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges.

. Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy.

. Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

. Travel Insurance Strongly recommended.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.

. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

    The management is unresponsive , I left messages everyday for them to call me or email back and they did not respond. The unit was very smelly , sooner we found out there was a plumbing leak issues because the Plumber contact me to allow to come and repair ? , in my vacation time I let him in to investigate and next day I lost an hour for him to repair it, after that the unit continue to smell probably because the leak was old and the bathroom cabinet was rotted and need it to be replaced. I noticed the unit was very outdated , probably not well maintained obviously.

    Maravilla is a pet friendly property, very well kept, even during significant renovation of the exterior. Pool area was nice and easily walkable to beach, and restaurants

    We loved the location and view, we are older and the living room furniture was not at all comfortable. The master bed was great. We had to fix the guest bathroom toliet, it was leaking water all over the floor. It could use some cosmetic maintenance.

    Several things need attention. The Master bathroom electrical outlet is not working. The towel bar in the spare bathroom needs to be tightened to the wall. The TV has a dark band along the bottom third of the screen. Toaster not working. Clothes washer does not dispense fabric softener and had a funky smell. We had to run cleaner through it a couple of times. There is a note on the washer about leaving the door cracked open, but that is probably being disregarded. The couch is very lumpy/uncomfortable. The kitchen light blinks sporadically. The clock above the refrigerator needs new batteries.

    We had a great week in this condo. The view was wonderful, and the condo fit our needs perfectly. We enjoed being able to bring our fur baby along. There was a lil construction going on around the pool area, but it wasnt to bad. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was the Master bed. It was awfully squeaky with every move you made. Box fan is closet did not work also, but that wasnt a big deal. Thanks for a great week!!

    We had a great stay except the stench of sewage in our room. When we arrived, we came in with a representative of the company and the room smelled. They said this had been a problem since the construction. We were the first people back in the unit after the entire building was closed the prior week for walkway refinishing. This plumbing problem existed well prior to our arrival but we were never notified ahead of time. There were times we had to open the front door and the deck doors to get it aired out. Never saw a plumber until our last day. He had no idea what the problem was. This should have been addressed well before our arrival. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful.

    We loved the gated community and how close this property was to everything. This was a nice condo with very comfortable beds. We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view and listen to the waves.

    The ground floor was easy access for bringing in supplies and our suitcases. The furniture in the living room were updated and beautiful. The kitchen appliances and cookware need updating. There were plenty of towels and supplies for our stay. We couldn’t access the patio because of the construction but that should be finished soon.

    The unit was advertised as sleeping up to six. There is not enough seating in the living room comfortably for four adults much less six. There was a sleep sofa that sat two and a “love-seat” that was very concerning for the weight of one adult. This sat approximately a foot off the floor and was not comfortable. The picture of the unit showed a nice lazy boy recliner which would have helped the seating but it was not present. The living room should have an end table to sit items on also. On a post note, the unit was clean with a great view.

    The condo was great. Had all the stuff for a nice little beach trip. Comes with beach service already included so you don’t have to bring your own! Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee and looking at the water :) Hosts were very quick at responding and helpful

    Perfect views to enjoy in several areas of condo, especially eating breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the ocean view. My wife and I also had a private area to sit at night outside our bedroom on the balcony while listening to the crash of the waves and feeling the breeze from the ocean. The second bedroom location is perfect and enabled privacy for us as a couple. The condo was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo provided boogie boards that our teen son enjoyed. There were board games, movies and even a PlayStation 2 that our son was excited to play. It’s a short walk to the private beach. Nothing to be able to run back to the condo if you need to use the bathroom while at the beach. We had two chairs and umbrella set up daily! Which was wonderful! The air conditioner stays cold!!! The set up of the cute towels reminded us of our cruise travels. Plenty of towels. My wife liked having the washer and dryer. Very impressed with this property and condo. View of ocean is beautiful
