Steps to Dtwn Gilbert! Condo w/ Furnished Porch

The property was lovely! It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the amenities of home. We slept well each night because the beds were extremely comfortable. The host was responsive to all our inquiries. We will definitely book again when we visit Phoeniz. The Downtown Gilbert Condo was very thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed, clean, comfortable and ideally located for the activities we had planned during our stay.The hosts were very attentive and readily available to answer questions.As a fellow-Host, I noticed the attention to detail. Even though this is a safe, quiet neighborhood, they still made sure all the lights were on for our arrival, which was greatly appreciated since we got there well after dark.We would definitely rent this condo again for future visits.(...fyi, I NEVER give 5-star/perfect ratings...as a fellow-Host, I know there are ALWAYS opportunities/incentives to be even a TINY bit better...so 4-stars is as excellent a rating as one can get from me!)Nicely done, Gilbert!!

This property is my go-to rental in the Phoenix area. The owners are super responsive and easy to interact with. The rooms are very clean and well-decorated. This is definitely a must-visit property!

My cousin & I stayed for a week and were able to host a family get together during our stay. We were glad to be able to use all the kitchenware and cooking supplies! WiFi access was easy and my phone remembered it from our previous stay.Our host was very responsive and quick to answer any concerns we had. We truly believe this is our “home away from home” in Gilbert AZ. Thank you for having us.

A great place to stay during time in Gilbert. Home decor is soothing and in great condition. Spent plenty of time on that porch each day; I enjoyed having a spot to journal or do chair yoga!Hosts are extremely easy to work with. I’ve been treated with kindness and respect during the entire process.

Okay place...not as clean as i would have liked and needed more items stocked...mainly trash bags.

I was in town for family reasons and looking for a place close to where I spent some of the best years of my childhood. This place was exactly as the listing described. It is well located in the heart of downtown Gilbert, so access to food and entertainment is close by. The listing was clean and well-furnished. It is in a small cul de sac off the main street. The area was quiet and clean. It was everything we needed for a quick 5 day trip.

The property was very clean and was as described. It was a perfect location for walking to downtown Gilbert for dining. And it was easy to get out of the city for hiking. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay.

Property is lovely and very close to downtown area. Very convenient to have a covered parking spot and 1 bathroom per bedroom. Also have laundry in unit, WiFi, Roku tv, board games and a binder with things to do during your stay. Very good experience!

This is in a great location to everything. Downtown Gilbert is nice, with a lot to eat and drink. The apt is close to downtown. Loved our stay.

We had a great stay in this cute condo. Very clean, great location, and quiet neighborhood. Property is well appointed and communication from host was great. We really appreciated the binder with local info. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to the area.
