As part of the lush Maui Vista community, you’ll enjoy access to three all-season pools, six tennis courts, and a barbecue area. Your convenient South Kihei location also keeps you within walking distance of an array of local shops and eateries.

This rental does not have central heating or air-conditioning; however, ceiling fans and a window AC unit provide cooling as needed.

    the unit is older, but excellent location. the Beach is just across the street. And it has just an older window AC, so I imagine the summer can be too warm, espically upstair. In addtion, the twin beds upstair could use a better box frame. Thanks

    As a Superhost myself, I always aim to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback, and I hope this is received in that spirit.We truly enjoyed our stay and found many things to appreciate about this condo. The location is excellent, and the view from the balcony is lovely, making mornings especially enjoyable. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the upstairs twin bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the welcome gift of cookies and coffee, along with thoughtful basics like dishwasher and dish soap, salt and pepper, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast each morning.The beach chairs, beach towels, and parking were all great conveniences, and access to the unit was easy. The grounds are clean and well maintained, which adds to the overall appeal of the property.That said, this is clearly a well-worn, aging condo, and some regular maintenance and deeper cleaning would make a big difference—especially for longer stays like ours. A deep clean would be beneficial, including dry cleaning the drapes, washing lampshades, and addressing some dust buildup (notably the upstairs bathroom vent, which is very dusty and whose fan does not turn off). The kitchen faucet is loose and wobblyKnives are quite dull, and there was no food turner/spatula for cooking.The A/C filter light is on, indicating the filter needs replacement. Some electrical outlets do not work, Extra blankets, a dustpan and a way to mop the floors, as well as where to find extra trash bags would help.

    Great spot in the middle of Kihei, close to all the amenities that you need and right across the road from Charlie Young Beach. Worked perfectly for our family of six.

    This condo offered many amenities, including: sand toys, a beach umbrella, beach towels and snorkel gear. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of four. The patio offers an ocean view and looks out on the canopy of palm trees and the property grounds.

    The view from the lanai and access to the beach were absolutely excellent. We watched whales during the day and saw the sunset in the evening.

    Cosy apartment with big windows and sunset views, two bathrooms, comfortable beds, quiet. Close to the beach and short drive to best south beaches. 100% recommend!

    This condo was perfect for a spur of the moment trip to Maui. It had plenty of room for people to sleep and is just steps from the beach. But it could use some updating and a good deep clean.
