Stayed Jun 12, 2025Unit was right across from the elevators which was good for us. Web pics make the unit look a bigger than it actually is, but that’s marketing. Bunk beds worked out great for the 4&6 year olds. Kitchen had what we needed, frig spacious. Nice patio with a very small view of the gulf but a piece of the sliding glass door fell off the first time we opened it which kept us from locking it. No big deal being on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom bed sheets had a stains on the fitted sheet. Bathrooms were ok, although the fan vent was dirty & shower grout less than white. Not trying to be too negative because it is a nice condo & located in a nice area. Overall a very nice stay, just a little old & worn & just pointing out things I didn’t expect to see.

Stayed May 24, 2025This was our fist time staying at this location. The outside view was beautiful with the view of the gulf coast. Everything in the condo worked very well. Our grandchildren had a blast staying so close to other family members and they had a wonderful time in the pool and down on the beach. Everybody is ready to go back!

Stayed May 3, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Ciboney 2008 Sugar Sand! The condo was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We absolutely loved the beach view from the spacious balcony that was accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. I very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking my coffee, and seeing and hearing the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed. We didn’t use the bunk room so I can’t comment on the bunk beds, but the two king size beds were very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms was a wonderful treat! We had a good Wi-Fi signal, and all of the bedrooms ( the living room) had a TV with cable Netflix and a few other options! The location was fantastic…close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We really appreciated that we could just walk across the street to the beach and didn’t have to find and pay for parking! The icing on the cake was that we were able to bring our two small dogs with us. They loved everything about this place too. So cute to watch them laying on the balcony peacefully taking in the gorgeous view. Would 1000% stay here again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The condo was very nice, but had a weird smell upon arrival. Later found a fossilized lemon under the couch. Which was kinda funny. Overall the stay was great.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024There were some minor stains on the sheets and sofa, and the code didn't work for the door when we first arrived. However the code issue was quickly resolved when we called the contact numbers listed in the email. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to book the property again next year!

Stayed May 16, 2024Our stay was fabulous! The condo looked Brand New! Very recently and tastefully remodeled. Great location with lots of things within walking distance. We left some items behind. The management team packed them up and mailed them to me. I would definitely go back there.
