Steps to 30A & beach with all the comfort of home including a washer & dryer!

Condo was lovely and we enjoyed several days at the beach, riding bikes and eating at lovely nearby restaurants. Everything was just as described, the kitchen was well appointed and the beach was just a short walk across the street. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and how quiet it was. Would highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was excellent—very clean and fully equipped. All the utensils, pots, and pans were of great quality, and I had everything I needed to cook comfortably. The beds and linens were also top-notch—very comfortable and of high quality.They provided plenty of cleaning supplies, which we really appreciated. The beach access was incredibly convenient—less than a 5-minute walk from the property. The only suggestion I would make is to update the balcony furniture, but overall, everything else was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We loved staying here. Owner has everything you need for your stay. Including tons of beach equipment. Perfect little spot to stay with your family. Lauren was super responsive. They have thought of everything you need to make your stay easy and relaxing.

If you’re looking for a quiet slice of paradise, this is the place for you! Close enough to be in the action without having to hear it!

Condo was fine. Only access to the beach is stairs and/or long ramps. This is not fun with a wagon full of beach gear. Also, this beach slopes a lot and is not good for walking.

Thanks for such a fun stay. Super clean, super convenient, we have stayed twice and each time was wonderful. Great for a couple or family with small children. Walk to the beach is quick and safe with public beach access just across 30A.

Cozy small condo. Perfect for myself and teenage daughter

This was the perfect spot for my family and I during our spring break trip. It was close to the beach and everything else as far as shopping and eating! Just grab some bikes! The place was clean, pools were nice, beds were comfy and my kids enjoyed playing some tennis. The host contacted me right when we got there with any questions I had. You will not be disappointed! My family and I will be back!

This is second time staying at this property. Everything you need is provided. It’s the perfect spot, only a couple minutes walk from the beach. The on property amenities are great too! If you’re looking for the perfect spot, this is your place.

This was a great condo in a great location. It had great furnishings and all the little things, such as blankets, plenty of dishes and silverware, and coffee filters. It also had plenty of trash bags, breach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The outside balcony is great with plenty of cozy furniture. I highly recommend this place. The host was also very responsive to all my questions. I will be back.

Our stay at Lauren’s place was wonderful. It was super clean and conveniently located to the beach, excellent restaurants, and Publix. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the beach chairs and wagon were much appreciated!

Great condo for a short trip to the beach for me and my husband. It had everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. Conveniently located near several restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again when we plan another trip.

This property was exactly as advertised and the host was nothing short of amazing. She sent a cake for my daughters 13th birthday - wayyyy surprised it made her day!!! Thank you for a wonderful place at the beach!

Thoroughly enjoyed this space along 30A, and can't say enough positive things about the host. She made sure that I had everything that I could possibly need to enjoy my stay. The space was everything I expected and was very close to the beach. Really appreciated how clean the home was and the personal touches by the host to ensure that I had an absolutely fabulous time. If you're coming to this beach, this is the place to rent. Will definitely rent it again!
