Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The reservation process was easy. Communication by the management company was excellent. This particular unit is next to the pool and the tennis courts. The only downside to this unit was that the living room furniture was very sad looking. The arms of the couch had old dirt stains on them.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs to be completely updated before renting out. Everything is old and needs replacing. The beds made noise every time you moved, the bedding was very old and disgusting, the flooring had gaps between the boards at least half inch wide, and the furniture was very dirty. The shower drains did not drain but the management office had someone come out when I called. The walk to the beach was long especially once you got on the sand so pulling a wagon was hard. I would not stay here again.

The exception was that access to the beach was a hassle. You now have to take a shuttle or walk a significant distance to go to the Public Beach Area. That was not convenient with children and the elderly persons in our group.
