Steps from the Beach with Amazing Ocean View

Beautiful and comfortable unit with amazing views and terrific location. Owner communication was clear and timely. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and hope for many returns.

I stayed here with my wife for our honeymoon. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning again.

We absolutely LOVED this AMAZING ocean view condo. The location is steps from the beach which we enjoyed. The condo is located in a BEAUTIFUL gated community. The hottub was heated which was so enjoyable. WE LOVED this condo so much we booked again!!

Host was great! She accommodated us when I relapsed I scheduled our family photos 1 hour before check in by letting us check in a little sooner so we would have a place to get ready. She responded almost immediately every time we messaged! Clean condo, had beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and towels in unit. This is our third time at north coast village and first time in this unit. Thai is the best unit we’ve stayed in, so we will be back next time we come! Thank you!

Lovely charming beach condo, attention to details and upgraded unit , the bed was very comfortable and the sheets smells and felt good, the sunset views were stunning . We recommend this place 1000%

My family (wife and three year old) had a great stay. The place was great and you can’t beat the location. We did run into one issue with the door/deadbolt, but the hosts were super helpful and responsive. 10/10 recommend

Our favorite things about this condo were:listening to the waves from our bedroom,hosting our friends for brunch (kitchen is very well-equipped)marveling at the lush grounds, just like a botanical garden,walking to the harbor and downtown restaurants, shops,strolling the strand and pierA glorious visit!

Very comfortable. Enjoyed watching all the surfers and sunsets each day from balcony. Nice to have the gas fireplace to make it cozy at night.Kitchen was well stocked. Older building do so hear people coming and going in hall but want a problem. The grounds are beautiful and have a large pool and bbque are with spotlessly clean bbques to use. Enjoyed our walks along beach to the pier. Condo is close to pool and exit to beach.

Loved my two weeks’ stay with my daily walks on the beach!My questions were answered promptly by Alexandria.The clean rental had everything I needed. The only thing I missed was on the balcony which faces north. Direct sun. Probably just right for a Summer’s stay…and not January.But overall….perfect. Thanks A!

Condo was clean and was equipped with all the supplies you could think of. 1/2 mile walk to the pier and t minute walk to the marina. Plenty of places to eat around location

The stay was great, the property is amazing and feels like a tropical oasis. The beach access is fabulous and feels like a private beach. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was being redone. I looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and that is the only thing I was not able to do. The sunsets in Oceanside are amazing and overall, we were very happy with our stay and would book at this location again.

Loved our stay at this vacation rental in North Coast Village. It had a fully stocked kitchen which was great to make meals with. The views here are awesome, especially at sunset. Beach towels, umbrella and toys were provided as well. Alexandria was great and quick with communication!

The property was clean and well stocked.. from kitchen implements to beach towels, we had everything we needed. When the fridge didn’t seem cold at first we reached out to Alexandria who responded immediately. We turned up the cold switch and everything was fine. She was very accessible to us and clearly wants to give her guests a great vacation, which we had ?
