Stayed Dec 26, 2025Only downside is that it's on the fourth floor with no elevator and lots of gates to get into the place. Outside of the building really felt prison chic... Bad neighborhood...?

Stayed Feb 4, 2025The apartment was clean and very close to the beach which made mornings wonderful for sunrise by the beach walks! Located near everything needed from restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very responsive even letting us stay extra nights due to our Flight changes. The only con would have been remembering all the colors of keys to all the gates. But all in all a great stay with everything we needed would recommend for couples for sure.

Stayed Feb 10, 2024We landed at this location after arriving in PR, it was a pitstop for us before moving on to Fajardo. That being said, it was a clean space, cool with AC, and was within walking distance to the beach. Lots of steps to get into the property, which was highly secured.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023Communication with Bree was awesome. She provided very detailed instructions how to get in the building and apartment. The host gave all the information and the recommendations we needed to not feel lost in the new area. The apartment was clean and with lots of towels, paper products and such. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty pots/pans/cooking spoons. Washed and dryer were great to have. Overall - we are very happy to find this awesome place to stay. Thank you.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023The building smelled like bug spray. The Patio was overwhelming hot from the exhaust of the AC unit. Also was not aware it was on the 4th floor…no elevator. Not sure how someone handicapped would be able to stay there.
