Steps from the Beach - Quiet Condo

Only downside is that it's on the fourth floor with no elevator and lots of gates to get into the place. Outside of the building really felt prison chic... Bad neighborhood...?

The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

We love Luquillo and enjoyed our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed. We appreciated the air conditioning so we could close our windows to block out the sound of neighbors partying late into the night. The unit could have been cleaner, but was in reasonable condition with a well-equipped kitchen (note there is no oven). We love being able to walk to the local beaches, grocery store, and local shops and restaurants. That said, it is not a beachfront property, nor is the beach or ocean visible from the unit. It's a 5-10 minute walk to local beaches. However, you can hear the ocean waves from the unit when the windows are open. The host was responsive and helpful.

Outdated interior, lots of doors to open with different keys and steps to climb to the 4th floor.

Overall an amazing time! Great location, beautiful scenery. Just a problem with construction at 7 in the morning.

The stay was nice but short.. The only downfall I would have to say is that the bed is way to soft and you sink into the middle of it..

The apartment was clean and very close to the beach which made mornings wonderful for sunrise by the beach walks! Located near everything needed from restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very responsive even letting us stay extra nights due to our Flight changes. The only con would have been remembering all the colors of keys to all the gates. But all in all a great stay with everything we needed would recommend for couples for sure.

Nice place, quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, restaurants, bars. Also close to El Yunque.

We landed at this location after arriving in PR, it was a pitstop for us before moving on to Fajardo. That being said, it was a clean space, cool with AC, and was within walking distance to the beach. Lots of steps to get into the property, which was highly secured.

Communication with Bree was awesome. She provided very detailed instructions how to get in the building and apartment. The host gave all the information and the recommendations we needed to not feel lost in the new area. The apartment was clean and with lots of towels, paper products and such. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty pots/pans/cooking spoons. Washed and dryer were great to have. Overall - we are very happy to find this awesome place to stay. Thank you.
