Stayed May 3, 2023The condo was clean when we arrived and the property is great! The unit was bare bones though. We would have really appreciated some blankets for the beds, some chairs to take to the beach or beach towels/blankets for guests to use.

Stayed Jun 19, 2022The Tops’l properties in Sandestin are perfect for my family. It’s located at the edge of Sandestin, which means both less traffic on the roads and on the beach. We highly recommend the location!

Stayed Aug 1, 2021Property not the cleanest, furniture and kitchen supplies are bare bones. Everything is nice and adequate, but still needs attention and supplementation. Could definitely use extra blankets for the bedding. All in all, the condo is definitely worth it. But, a little more attention to detail could make things amazing.
