Steps from the Beach-Gulf Views. Updated 2 Bed, 2 Bath. Great for Spring 2026!

Place was great for our last minute getaway before school started. Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen could use a cooking pan refresh as the only one there was on its last leg, but didn’t plan on much cooking anyway. I always find the ceiling fans in any condo to be the dirty area. Otherwise I felt this place was clean and homie, no rugs which I think is great given the sand that is carried in. Kim and Pete were kind in messages and thoughtful- I had no reason to reach out during our stay. Thank you all again for accepting my reservation, we had a great time.

We absolutely loved our time at the condo. The kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed to cook the whole week through. The facility was wonderful and very kid friendly. The host was super responsive and we had everything we needed before we even stepped foot on the property. One of the two elevators did keep breaking down throughout the week which made getting up to the fifth floor a little difficult. But other than that, our stay was wonderful.

Extremely clean, nicely furnished and as described/pictured. The owners were so prompt in responding to questions and very helpful! Great location and proximity to beach. Love that it's a low-rise with only 5 floors, as the beach area was not crowded at all. A great place to stay!

Arrived late and we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the place. I contacted the property manager and they responded promptly and took care of the issues to our satisfaction. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The hallways definitely need attention. Beach was a short distance which was nice and the balcony was enjoyable.

The condo building itself is only 5 floors- which made for smaller beach crowds, fast elevator access, and an overall family feel to our trip. The property owners were very responsive and helped us any time we had a question about their condo or the area. We got there Friday afternoon and went to the beach to book chairs and an umbrella for the time we would be there- that was convenient because we didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear to the water and back again in the evening. We will book with them again in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better beach trip.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Location was great! Loved the condo had access to beach and pool.

We loved our time here in Orange Beach! The condo was exactly as it looked in the photos and it was very reasonably priced for what you get! Close to everything and Pete and Kim were super responsive when we needed anything at all. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!!

The hall stunk so bad. You had to hold you nose walking through. That & the mattress was like trying to sleep on a rock.

My family and I had a great week long stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was nice having two bathrooms connecting to the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and in good condition. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, where there are chairs and a table set up to eat a meal or just relax and listen to the ocean. There is a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, even though it's on the side of the building. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and not have to lug everything to the beach in our car. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer to keep our beach towels and swimsuits clean and dry after being in the water all day. We spent a lot of time picking up shells along the beach, which was really neat. The owners responded very quickly to any questions that we had and were nice enough to offer advice on where to get groceries, rent beach chairs, and other concerns I had about traveling to a new city. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool on days that we couldn't swim in the ocean because of rough water in the ocean. Check out was very easy, just scanning a QR code with our phone. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.

We had a great time, home was clean, great location to restaurants, homeowners were great to deal with and communicated in a timely manner. Will def stay here again

The unit was very clean with and had everything we needed. The beach was close, and the pool was warm. Kim and Pete are great hosts and were very helpful. Excellent location, easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants, and Gulf State Park is across the street. Bike rental was within walking distance, we rented e-bikes and were able to ride the 28 miles of park trails in one day with lunch at the Gulf State Park Woodside restaurant, the brussels sprouts are delicious! We would definitely come back and rent this unit again.

Condo was wonderful. The weather wasn't the best at this time of year as it was cloudy and what I would call foggy with thunderstorms at night except for our last two days. They were warm and sunny! The location was perfect for visiting various attractions in the area.

We have stayed in a few other units at Harbour Place but this has been the best! The condo has a great view, nice decor, well stocked, and clean!! The owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great trip, good location. Less crowded area of beach than the larger resorts.

The condo was in a great location and very comfortable. The showers had not been taken care of. The grout had mold on it but rest of bathroom was very clean. Mattresses need replaced but rest of condo was wonderful.

We have stayed at this property several times. The hosts communicate well, and the property is in a great location; away from the busiest areas but close enough to have access to any needs. My family and I have always had a great experience staying here.

Condo was very nice. View was amazing! We had 3 different families on vacation and we all agreed our condo was the nicest of the 3. If we do a vacation to Gulf Shores again, we will definitely attempt to stay here again

We have stayed at Harbour Place several times. This was our first time in this unit. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We love the location and hope to be back soon.
