Steps From the Beach ~ Golf Cart ~ Community Pool

Loved the decor and property. The only issues is that there is a white sofa and it had stains on it. The sofa needs professional cleaning but overall I loved the whole experience and the home was beautiful!

There were small kids running and jumping and they rarely stopped. I emailed and called Vacation Haven but all was recommended was to call San Destin. Security. This occurred daily until we both left Saturday morning. Otherwise, the space was appropriate, with everything we needed. Having the golf cart was an added benefit.

Lovely property and great location for family activities.

The property was not clean when we arrived. The sheets were dirty, with sand, food and even the last renters dirty underwear. Instead of delivering new, clean sheets, we were left to wash and dry them ourselves at 11PM. No follow up was ever made.

This is our 3rd stay at this property in a year! By far, my favorite place to stay in San Destin. The furnishings are beautiful and updated, all beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is so well stocked and it is very, very clean!! We love having access to the golf cart and it's a short ride to the beach. Perfect for larger groups or families!! Shout out to the management company as they are readily available if you have a need! Looking forward to our stay next time!!

I cannot begin to say enough great things about our vacation! From the minute we walked in the door, I knew I had chosen the PERFECT place! The pictures of this townhome are beautiful but seeing it with my own eyes, had me in awe! This place is very inviting and is laid out perfectly with a shower for every bedroom. Because of the layout of the bedrooms, it gave you the feeling that you were living in your own PERFECT and PRIVATE little haven. The living room and kitchen were perfect for us to gather for precious family time. I love how the owners spared no expense in beautifully decorating and didn’t go with the “usual theme” of the “tacky beach covers on the uncomfortable beds”, but actually furnished their home with big comfortable beds and inviting linens! The golf cart was a plus in getting around the resort. I have never been to a Florida beach, but after that beautiful experience, I will never look at our Carolina beaches the same. The water and sand were absolutely gorgeous! I will be coming back to 5300 Tivoli every year for the rest of my life, if the Lord allows. A HUGE THANK YOU to the owners for making this the most PERFECT, BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING vacation I have ever had with my family!

Beautiful condo. Very well appointed. We come to San Destin every summer. This by far our favorite. Location is great. Golf cart is the game changer. We only rent places that have a cart. We park the truck when get there. Load up when we leave. Only time we cranked it was to go to the boat rental.
