The cozy gas fireplace and snow drifted balcony area which backs up to open space, makes the condo feel like a true mountain escape. The condo is a ground level unit creating ease of access for your group, luggage, and ski equipment.

    The apartment is an easy walk to the Deer Valley base and lifts and has a free shuttle bus stop just outside that runs to DV, Park City and beyond.It is an older property and while well maintained, needs new carpet. The property was very, very well stocked with coffee, condiments and a great range of kitchen appliances. There is a limited view out the back of the block. The checkin details are a bit sparse - there are two apartments with the same # so make sure you head to C block. Like others, we have to mention the furnace. It is the loudest heating device we have ever encountered. The fan stars with a sound that would put a jet engine to shame followed by a loud ‘woof’ as the flame ignites. Unless you close the bedroom door, the sound is loud enough to wake the deepest sleeper. The property has great underfloor heating in the bathroom and laundry so the main furnace could probably be turned right down to reduce the frequency of these loud noises. Overall a great place to stay if skiing at DV.

    This truly was walking distance IN SKI BOOTS to the Snow Park Lodge and ski lifts. Everything was as pictured and as described. We would absolutely stay here again.

    This condo is bigger than the description would lead you to think. It was very clean and well stocked with very nice kitchen appliances. Easy walk to Deer Valley skiing. Very convenient location.

    An excellent location for access to Mammoth Mountain bike park and all that Mammoth Lake has to offer. Easy access to the resort shuttle and the summer city shuttle has a stop right outside the front door for exploring locally. Parking under the building is out of the weather and makes access to the unit a breeze. The unit I stayed in was very comfortable with everything we needed. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to clean the stinky biking clothes, and plenty of comfy seating, for lounging after riding all day. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Four local bucks graze the neighborhood grass in the front yard almost every day so you are never far from nature. I will be back next year.

    Hot water heater rumbled and thunked every time hot water was used the whole two weeks causednot only by our unit, but other other unit(s) Bottom step into garage was underwater for half of our visit. The management company was very responsive to our problems but the problems were due to upkeep by the HOA. The interior property itself was lovely, newly remodeled, very modern and clean. Location was great.

    Steps to the Snow Park Lodge, super convenient. The condo complex seems a bit dated but inside the condo it seems like it's been recently updated. Especially loved the heated bathroom floors!
