Stayed Mar 21, 2025The location was great, easy to the mountain. Unfortunately, the unit is right above the garage for all tenants. It’s very loud and actually shakes the unit. The freezer has no ice making either in the form of an automatic unit or ice trays. Wood for the advertised fireplace is not provided. We would not stay there again.

Stayed Jan 7, 2025nice unit for a couple. Location great. 250 yards to Snow Park. Bus stop in front. Only thing missing was a hot tub. Not all units in Courceval have views. This was does.Did have a bit of issue getting access codes. VRBO handled it while we drove in.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Location is not where it is shown on map. It’s is further from Snow Park Lodge / skiing than shown. Actually 0.3 miles from base. Garage door noise is insanely loud, we ended up leaving a night early and going to a hotel because we couldn’t take it anymore. Even had a sound machine on loud and still heard it at all hours of the night. Washer and dryer in unit did not work- when I contacted rental company I was told there is no water line to the unit and no one could install one this week - suggested a public laundromat. Only packed enough clothes for a few days so we had to wear dirty clothes for the rest of the trip. The sheets on bed were literally just one top sheet laid across the mattress, so every time we moved or rolled over it bunched up and you wound up sleeping on a bare mattress, gross. The heat was set to automatically drop to 60 every night. I went into the nest system to delete all of the automatic drops, and the rental company did send someone to make sure it was set properly. I contacted the rental company numerous times over the phone and through Vrbo. Never got a call back. After many, many attempts to reach them about the issues, they did refund me a small amount. The unit is clean, and spacious. Besides that I would never rent it or use Local VR to rent anything in PC again. I’ve never left a negative review on VRBO before. Honestly have never had an issue with any before. Very disappointing rental.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024The best things about this unit are that it's a 5 min. walk (in ski boots) from the Snow Lodge lift, and it has underground parking. It is fairly spartan overall, but has a well-outfitted kitchen. And at least when we went, the price was competitive. As to the downsides, one is temporary and the other permanent: The temporary issue is that there are no stairs from the garage to your unit; I assume they will be rebuilt soon, but it would have been nice to know that before we checked in. We had to call the after hours line to find out how to exit the garage. The permanent issue is that this unit sits on top of the garage, and every time the garage door rolls up, you hear it in the unit. If you're a light sleeper -- as I am -- it may wake you up every time the door rolls up. It didn't wake my wife, but it did me. Also, it snowed twice while we were there -- which is great, since we were skiing -- but the walkways weren't shoveled and salted as well as they should have been. Overall, a decent unit for a deep-sleeping couple who's skiing.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024We arrived and per their instructions we were supposed to enter B104 stairwell from the garage. We opened the door and found a ladder up with no stairs. We tried the other stairwells in the garage but they only accessed certain units. We text the management company how to get in and got the same automated response of accessing the stairwell with the ladder. We exited the garage and found a snowy icy path outside that hadn't been maintained with salt for the snow and ice. This is where you go to drag your suitcases, skis etc over. Now late for dinner with friends we returned to the unit only to find the microwave not working and the bath tub dirty with hairs. Managements response was they will communicate with staff enjoy your stay:( If I had somewhere else I could have stayed at the last minute we would of, but there were several events in the area that filled rooms up. There was no offer to fix the microwave or have a cleaning crew come out. We asked for them to at least come out and fix the microwave. We set up an appointment 7:30 a.m. it was a no show and we left for skiing at 8:45 am. When we arrived back from skiing we noticed the light was on in the microwave and it was working. Management gave the code to workers to let them in without asking Response again from the management will let our staff. Poor communication from management and unaware that this unit had been under construction for a couple of weeks. Great place if you have time to clean.

Stayed Jan 28, 2023Communication in advance was terrific, and they did an especially nice job with making arrival and check in as simple as possible with an easy to use website. There was wood for the fireplace and coffee for the coffee maker. Linens, dish, soap, paper towels, and TP all available. Well equipped kitchen and even a nice selection of spices (we cooked two nights). Indoor garage was an unexpected bonus. Queen bed was exceptionally comfortable. A previous complaint about the garage door being loud in the condominium is accurate, but the garage never opened at night during the three nights we were there. A really nice collection of restaurants on a ‘main street’ is about a mile and a half drive. ski lift is an 8 to 10 minute walk. We will stay here again; good for couple and a third adult or couple w 2 small kids… doubt 2 couples would be happy (sofa bed as second bed)

Stayed Mar 2, 2022Unit right over garage door to parking- noisy very small kitchen Pictures give different impressions of size and quality unless your tech savvy mgt company tough to get it touch with and not as helpful as they could be
