Beautiful condo! Everything was clean. Short walk to the beach across the street. I will definitely stay here again!

The only downfall was that you had to pay for an additional car. I felt that you should have free parking for at least 2 cars. It was right across from the beach which was great.

This property was perfect for my family stay, it was very spacious and had every cooking utensil needed. Short walk to the beach, and even shorter walk to the pool. We had no problems other than WiFi being slightly slow and glitchy., which weather could be to blame. This property was right in the middle of EVERYTHING! This slept all 6 of us perfectly: would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Destin.

It was perfect for us our daughter/ husband & 3 grandchildren. Loved the master bedroom & bath and a huge TV . If you cook you may want to bring your own skillet & sharp knives for prepping food. Not many storage containers but enough to make do. This is definitely not a complaint it merely a suggestion. We cooked our meals and spent our money on adventures. I wished there was a crockpot we like to put something in and it be done when we arrive home from the beach. We ran to Walmart and bought a 20.00 one. I was going to leave it for the next guest but my neice wanted it. Unless I missed it when I booked if you have 2 vehicles there is only 1 parking spot and the second vehicle has to park 3 blocks away and pay 25.00 a night for parking. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Loved our stay and would definitely book again .

It was easy to rent.

The condo was much larger than we expected, definitely more spacious than what the photos portray. The natural lighting was so gorgeous in the living room. Access to the beach was also a lot closer than expected. Parking is definitely challenging if you have more than one vehicle, especially for a condo that accommodates up to 8 guests. But overall everything was wonderful! We would definitely visit again!

Excellent property and management

Renting through VRBO was so easy. Jossie was great to communicate with. The condo is great. The steps going back up from the beach are steep for 53 year olds after a day at the beach but $10 would get you a couple of guys to haul your stuff up

Our family enjoyed this clean, spacious and conveniently located condo. Owner was prompt with responses when contacted with questions. We will come back!

The condo is very nice and the location is convenient and about a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The AC was not working when we arrived but Josie called prior and let us know they were working g on it. It was fixed that night but it didn’t cool down until the following morning. No big deal. The bad part- the first day we found a few dead roaches under the bed in the front bedrooms. Upon leaving we found a live one trying to set up shop in a suit case. The next morning my wife and I both noticed a weird smell in our bed. We took the sheets off and noticed a large urine spot at the top of the bed between our heads. Gross! We had to wash the sheets and the comforter. If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle you’ll need to make arrangements. The condo only allows for one vehicle per condo. That probably wouldn’t affect most people I assume. Overall it was a very nice place and Josie was very accommodating to any of my concerns and responded within a reasonable time. I would recommend hiring a new cleaning company however. Thanks for helping us have a nice vacation!
