Steamboat Springs condo with pool, hot tub, fitness center & fireplace

We had a wonderful long ski weekend at the Phoenix. Lots of space in the condo across 3 levels and 4 bedrooms. Fairly easy access to mountain with a short walk to lifts/gondolas. Kitchen is a bit small, but otherwise no complaints. It was great to have 3 separate doors to enter the condo as well. Reliable shuttle service to town.

This is the second time we've stayed at this complex and we appreciate the easy access to the mountain, parking, space for all of us, and the access to the pool and hot tub.

Unit needs updating but had plenty of room for our group of 10. No toilet paper in bathrooms. Shower on main floor not working properly. Tub wouldn’t hold water for bath. Several light bulbs burnt out. Trash found under beds. One twin bed fell when laid on. Looks like has been broken for awhile. Unit had plenty of seating and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again at The Phoenix.

We were pleased with the space and accommodations- although the space overall felt dated (artwork , decor, colors, furniture) However as a rental it works fine. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen could use a set of bowls - and while there were loads of knives, a few that are sharp are always appreciated. We loved being close to all of the mountain and we did the hike to the top of the gondola at thunderhead and so nice without having to load a car/several cars. Parking was so easy-great access to that thank you! There were a few items of clothing that were under beds when we arrived and aren’t ours so we left them downstairs on the main level. It was a birthday celebration and we had a beautiful time with our family. Thank you for the stay.

Nice place. Stayed with 14 family members..had an issue with dishwasher not working. Took 2 days to fix but we were then refunded 25% of our total bill to compensate for inconvenience. Thought that was more than fair and would recommend this property without concern.

Condo is great for families. Lots to do within a few miles.

This place was great for me and my family. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. So much to do in steamboat springs! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We enjoyed the location and the condo was halfway decent. The biggest disappointments were: Only 1 burner on stove worked. One of the showers had a ton of hair in the drain which backed up and was absolutely disgusting. There was a dirty washcloth left hanging in one of the bathroom showers. I emailed TurnKey about these concerned and received no response. We had a party of 7 and we had just enough comfortable couches and chairs to sit on after a long day of skiing. If you have a bigger group I'm not sure where everyone would sit to relax. A kitchen table in a bedroom does not seem too comfortable. I also was unaware that the condo was three levels. Not sure how I missed that on the website! The decor is dated as well, which really isn't a big deal, but you are paying a lot of money to stay each night a few updates would be nice.
