Stayed Sep 25, 2024Katy was a fantastic communicator. The unit is terrific. Great location, clean and nicely appointed. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s, but I’ve never stayed at one as well stocked as this one. Everything about this place was great!

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Beautiful condo—perfectly located next to a run. All we had to do was walk down a short sidewalk, strap on the skis and ski down to the lift. Best place to stay at PC! Owners were awesome and we have never had better communication! Thanks so much—we will be back!!

Stayed Apr 21, 2023The condo is newly remodeled, modern, clean, comfortable beds, heated floors, fireplace, extra large TV, snacks in kitchen, garage parking, ski lifts in the backyard, wonderfully heated pool, and a friendly helpful owner!

Stayed Mar 11, 2023My family of 4 had a great spring break week at Katy’s condo! Check in was a breeze. We did have a small issue with the in-unit washer/dryer midway through our stay but Katy was extremely efficient in coming over and fixing it ASAP. The kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking necessities and even had kids plates/cups. We would definitely stay here again for another family ski trip!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2022My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this ski in/out property. Everything was as described and was in good working order. It was our first time in Park City and proximity to the easy lifts was perfect for our young skiers/snowboarders. The ski school at Park City mountain is no joke! Very impressive.
