Stay seaside at our Siesta Key beachfront condo near Crescent Beach

The beach is amazing at Siesta Breakers and is well attended to from sunrise to sunset. Condo is incredible and well stocked. Views from the balcony, office and bedroom are impressive. The pool is a wonderful place to relax and is always refreshing. We have had numerous stays at Siesta Breakers, the second time in this unit, and it is always a wonderful experience.

This is a very nice condo, with a well supplied kitchen. The condo provided everything we need and was in a great location to restaurant, grocery and shops.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and well stocked with beach needs including additional chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler. We had a one small request due to some recent lighting fixture upgrades and they were quick to help resolve. We loved visiting and will definitely be coming back to this unit the next time we vacation here.

The whole place is secure and made us feel safe. The views are incredible and the priperty managers and VERY responsive. Will stay again!

This property was great. Kitchen was well stocked, a lot of beach towels/bath towels. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean. It was nice to have essentials: dish soap/dishwasher soap, paper products, etc. Great location, right on the beach, nice pool, covered parking and gated property. We had trouble with the wifi when we arrived, got a response within minutes and was able to fix the problem.

Great location. Short walk to the beach, walking distance to the grocery store and lots of restaurants. Love the view from the balcony. The manager responded very quickly to the questions.

We were not disappointed with our stay at Siesta Breakers. Gorgeous views of the beach when walking out the front door, sitting on the screened in balcony and from every window. We encountered an issue with the AC that was beyond our control and the property managers but Bob prompt showed up to check things out and made appropriate calls to help get it fixed in a timely manner. He went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be staying in this unit again!

Great location, condo was clean. Sofa and loveseat need replacement as well as bed pillows. Process for getting beach chairs easy but not commnicated before arrival. (Take lanyards down and affix to beach chairs to save chairs, fee for umbrella use)

My husband and I both give thumbs up all around regarding our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and attractively decorated. Besides being able to see the beach and water from the living area and one of the bedrooms, the mirrored wall in the living area allows you to see the reflected view of the beach from the kitchen area, which is genius. Communication was great. The beach itself cannot be beat. Note that beach lounge chairs are set up each morning and taken down each night, and umbrellas are available to rent for a charge (no fee for the chairs), so no lugging chairs or umbrellas yourself. The beach was our favorite activity, but we also ventured to St. Armand's Circle and Siesta Key Village. We highly recommend Big Olaf's Ice Cream, which is in both places. Closer to the condo, we recommend Gecko's Bar & Grill. We had excellent meals and the prices were quite reasonable. We are not into the nightlife scene at all, so I can't comment on that, other than despite it being a spring break week, the condo and its private beach were not noisy or chaotic at all. Also, the Crescent Beach Market is a short walk across the road, and they have pretty much anything you could want or need packed into the deceivingly small-looking space. We found ourselves picking up a few things there pretty much every day. Very convenient; family-owned; friendly people. In summary: we highly recommend this particular condo, on this particular beach. :-)

Good location. Nice pool. Had a problem with parking area flooding after a heavy rain.

While we unfortunately experienced the red tide while down here this year, siesta breakers and this unit did not disappoint. We love the location, quality of the grounds and the extra space for our family of four in this unit was ideal!

The unit and communication from manager was outstanding. It had everything you would ever need including plenty of beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc.). The kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms are updated. 5 minute walk to over 10 restaurants and a bonus office room if you have to “work”. Great time and definitely will stay in this unit again.

Location of condo was great...right on the beach. Dedicated beach area with chairs and loungers for use. Restaurants, ice cream shop, sandwich shop, and other places to each right across the street. Great location for getting on/off the island very quickly.Property seemed to be hit hard by the fall hurricanes. Not happy with Robert Bevington Realtor who was the property manager. Condo apparently hadn't been used for several months and had not been checked prior to us arriving (his admission to me). Washing machine didn't work all week, and we walked into a leaking toilet spreading water all over the floor. Front door handle fell off after day three. Should have walked through the place in advance. Plumber came to fix the toilet issue and property manager fixed the door handle. Had to find a place to do laundry during vacation. Property manager offered no discount/refund eventhough the property description identified available laundry. Poor attention to detail.Dedicated spot (covered parking) was available for the condo.

My husband and I stayed with my teenage son and nephew. The location was great, check in and out were very easy. The condo was clean and so cute! We will stay again for sure!

We had an excellent vacation in this unit. We have stayed in many units at Siesta Breakers over the years. This one is fabulous. I was impressed with how well it was stocked with essential items such as hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and such. We had everything we needed. The unit is decorated beautifully. The couch and loveseat need replaced and the TV needs upgraded. Could not get apps to load due to equipment needed from the supplier.

We loved staying here! Everything was easy from start to finish. The unit had everything we needed and the location was great. I would definitely recommend!
