Stay on Historic Main Street Park City! - Cleaning fees included!

Love Park City and enjoyed being right on Main Street. Great shopping and a variety of options for good food. As for the property- it is in a great location but it needs some work. The elevator wasn’t working so getting luggage to and from the garage was difficult. I will say they did drop the parking fee as a result which was thoughtful. It is an older complex and our unit was dusty, dirty in areas and clearly in need of some repair and updating. Internet barely worked and as a result neither did the tv. The staff was friendly, but I had asked twice for someone to take a look at the internet issue and we never did get a response. We will be back but will be staying at a different property on Main Street.

Super helpful staff at check in, great location at the top of Main Street. The internet did not work the entire time. Had to use my own phone as a hotspot for my laptop but the tv wouldn’t connect. Called the front desk and they just said they weren’t sure what was wrong and would try and reset it, but that didn’t work. Otherwise great stay

Had a great stay overall. But when it was time to relax and watch tv I had to log in to my own Roku account which in a public place makes me uneasy. Get satellite or cable….

The apartment was just as advertised. Clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

Condo was just as pictured; however, the building, Treasure Mountain, is old, dark and musty with no working elevator. While we were fine with the trek up and down the stairs, a disabled person would not be able to cope. Our two problems inside the unit were no working a/c, making it very hot at night. We asked the front desk to fix it, but nothing was done. We left the balcony doors open to get a breeze, but with the breeze also came the sounds of partiers late at night and trash trucks early in the morning. We came to Park City on Labor Day weekend, and were excited to watch college football. The TV’s took quite a bit of manipulation to get on desired channels, only to find the channel with the game scrambled on the bedroom TV. We moved to the living room, but that TV volume would only adjust to a barely audible level. We called the front desk about the TVs but nothing was done. All of this tainted our overall impression of this condo. While the location was great, we will definitely not stay there again.

Very hip, trendy one bedroom apt with everything we needed for a comfy stay. The hottub in the courtyard in the back was a welcome find after a day on the road and biking the Utah wilderness. Two small issue.1 we had to find sething to do as we were told check in was strickly enforced ... only after 4 pm. 2. The facility elevator was ml not working which meant that i had to hall our items up t we o flights. Signs on the elevators appeared to have been placed there for longer than the lobby staff indicated. Not sure how anyone with mobility issues would access their apartment. All in all i would recommend this facility and would be happy to stay there again.

Wish there had been better communication. Wasn't aware that there was an Art Festival until 4 days before our trip when I was emailed about it. Due to the festival, we couldn't park in the garage and had to drag our luggage all the way up Main Street through the festival. The lady at the front desk gave us the wrong info as to where to park so we had to move our car twice. Needless to say we will find another place to stay next time.
