Stay Near the Beach in This Beautiful Oceanside One-Bedroom from $95/Night

The condo itself was great. The location was not worth the money. It faces a parking lot where people park to register, and the train tracks are across the street. Could never sit outside on the patio. The noise level 24/7 was a pain. Unable to leave the sliding door open either because of people noise or train noise. It was walking distance to restaurants and the ocean while close was in the opposite direction. The description of the property was very misleading. The entire complex is quite lovely unfortunately this particular condo was the least desirable in the entire complex.

Very nice homely neighbourhood walking distance to the beach and quiet surroundings provided a nice get away for our vacation on the Oceanside.

Has everything. 4 min walk to the beach and close to many restaurants.

The pool, game room and gym were great amenities! The property was just beautifully decorated for Christmas. Enjoyed the walks along the beach, beautiful calming views. Property was clean. Thank you.

The room was clean and spacious for our family of three. Everything you need is provided and more! The grounds are beautiful and have easy access to the beach. No issue with noise being so close to the parking lot and train.

The property was clean however, the train was very loud and hot in the apartment. There is no air-conditioning. I had to go to Walmart and buy a fan for the bedroom .the fan that was left in the closet was not working properly . I will stay in another unit next time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no mention in the property description of the commuter train just across the busy parking lot and road from the balcony. It comes by about every 15 minutes and then around 11pm is the LONG loud Amtrak train. Otherwise this property is beautiful!

The place was good. It was clean and as described. The beach is super close as well. The wifi went down a few times, which was annoying. Also, the TV in the bedroom did not work properly on night 1. I wish there were some essential items in the residence, like body wash, shampoo, water, snacks, etc.

Good overall only thing was internet went out a few times. And parking in the parking garage was tough with a larger suv very narrow

The property was clean and comfy. They even stocked plenty of backpack beach chairs and beach towels. Looks like they freshly painted it. The unit is well prepared and stocked with most everything you might need. But the host isn't easy to get ahold of after hours because it's a business that has closes after regular business hours. I arrived after business hours and it was a headache trying to find the Patrol office to get the keys. Signs were pointing the wrong way and when I advised the guy in the Patrol office about the signs, he said I just work here. Additionally, the walls are paper thin and you can hear other guests talking in the hallway and walking on the floors above you. Lastly, due to all the access points, keys, and the layout of the property, it's is a little difficult to navigate for any delivery persons (uber, Amazon, instacart, etc).

Really enjoyed North Coast Village condos. The property is extremely centrally located although the building is toward the back of the building, or rather, closer to the street, it is no more than a four minute walk to the beach. The previous reviews mention the train noise, and street noise in general when you’re inside the building. They’re correct, because in the summer you have to leave the windows open there’s no air-conditioning in this unit. We were aware of the issue before our trip, So it wasn’t a surprise. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the room for you. Access to laundry, nice saltwater pool and Jacuzzi, this was a great place for a family. Really enjoyed it. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals (including salt and pepper). I would recommend this particular unit to people that have no trouble sleeping, or don’t mind the noise.

The condo was just as described. The complex is lovely with beautiful grounds and a nice pool. The location is excellent….right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean condo close to the Oceanside harbor. Several good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed it!
