Stay Lincoln Park 3 | Craft District Condo

A couple scrapes in the house but overall was a gorgeous property. Very close to everything!

The host was professional and was on top of all communications. The condo was comfortable, clean and close to all activities.

The location was fabulous. It was a nice clean setting both cleanliness and decor. Beds, great, kitchen great, location great, parking great, we loved it and will be back!!!

Property was well maintained and clean. The area has many restaurants within walking distance.

Stay was Aug 26-29 (incorrect above). The condo was cute but not quite what I expected. The neighborhood was rather unkept (weeds, rocks, under development apparently) and quite noisy at night…We did not sleep great. There were some neat shops nearby though. The beds were a nice king size but not super comfortable. Oddly, the condo itself (in an older building) was not level and it kinda felt like a tilt-a-whirl. The upstairs bathroom toilet had ##it stains and the walls were dirty when we arrived. So I wonder if it had been cleaned thoroughly. However, there were plenty of clean towels, nice kitchen amenities/appliances and nice toiletries. The rest of the house was pretty clean. The kitchen was fantastic for cooking and gathering with family!

Lots of great places to walk to. Excellent food at OMC smokehouse.The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing simple meals.

This is a great place to stay in Duluth. Lots of space, a nice kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Close to a lot of great restaurants and shops in Lincoln Park. We were in town for UMD graduation and it was an easy drive down to Amsoil Arena. Communication with property management was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

We had heard such wonderful things about Duluth. Beautiful and Peaceful getaway. Drove North for even more beauty. Condo was close to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. So much to do in the area. We will be back for sure!

This was so much more convenient than a hotel. List of room and had everything we needed.

They are very thorough in contacting before the trip. We had a slight water issue (frozen line) with the main floor bathroom, and was promptly addtrssed with a handyman at the property within 2 hours.

It was a perfect space for me and my friends! It was in a good and safe location. Only issue was finding the building at first, as one of the addresses given was wrong. Very ideal that two complimentary parking spots were given.

Came in for a ski weekend. Perfect location with lots of great food options within walking distance or just a short drive away. Very well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, and plenty of towels… such a nice touch to not have to bring or purchase these things. Easy check in and check out, would definitely recommend any time of year.

This unit far exceeded expectations. It was incredibly spacious, pristine, and offered plenty of space and comfort. MUCH larger than expected. We LOVED the location and convenience to so many walkable attractions. The host provides everything you can imagine! Comfy bedding/pillows, body care and a kitchen better equipped than my own. The only mention anyone should be aware of is that you can EASILY hear your neighbors and minor street noise. This did not bother us at all, but if you are sensitive to sound, perhaps not your place. (I, however, would think you are missing out)I am looking forward to my next stay.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and a short drive to other parts of the city! We loved the vibe of the place and it was a great updated take on a very old building. Everything was fabulous, we will definitely be back!

Convenient location. Cute house. Easy to get a hold of management. Sleeps 5 plus two couch crashes. One of the rooms got so hot it was uncomfortable and we couldn’t turn the heat down or the main floor would be too cold. Other than that it was really nice.

Three of us shared the space and it was enjoyable. It would be ideal for two couples to share.

The location of this property was within walking distance to a couple of breweries and restaurants. The property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Check in was easy and communications with property management was via text and they were responsive.

Would come back again! Very comfortable and fun neighborhood.

Was everything we needed. A lot of construction in the area but that cannot be avoided.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had enough space for all of us. It is in a great location, convenient to our favorite spots! We lucked out with amazing weather and had relaxing evenings spent on the patio!

2nd time staying at one of these properties. Easy check in, location was convenient, and the place was as expected.

We loved the bed and showers!! Great location for getting to the canal. Not as much shopping in walking distance as I had hoped. I think it’s a up and coming place. It did have steep steps if you’re older. But a bathroom upstairs was a plus! A convince store across the street and a great restaurant around the corner. We had trouble with the door pad but they helped us right away! We enjoyed the patio!! You could hear the other tenants, but I’m sure they could hear us also! Older , fixed up place, but nice. We enjoyed our stay!

The property smelled like someone had smoked inside. They brought some first for us to use but it didn't improve. The unit was nice other than that. Unfortunately, the smell overshadowed that.

Location is great. Walking distance to food and activities. The listing was a bit confusing, for accessibility we thought there was a bedroom downstairs but they are all upstairs evening the washer and dryer. We made it work, but should have confirmed the rental layout with a human as the listing was inaccurate with an upper and lower bedroom We will hope to stay there again with a different group aoon.

We absolutely love our stay at this beautiful condo! Great location with restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!
