Upon arriving there was heavy construction on the sewer lines along the property making access to the front door from the parking nearly impossible without walking a block around the opposite way. Place was very clean and pleasant until the 'renters' next door arrived. The walls are paper-thin and we could hear every single word / toilet flush / squeaky door. We got past that. Our unit was supposed to have a washer / dryer but the dryer was broken and we instructed not to use either unit. Again what we thought was a great price for what we were staying in. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE -- the EXTRA service fees are a killer!!! Our service fees (standard charges add-ons) were More than our 3 day stay! When I booked on Expedia it was not well indicated other than the 'small print' price under the night stay price. This was a failure on my part to do the math. BUT don't want this to happen to others that think this stay with Heirloom Vacation Rentals is a great deal. Buyer Beware! Read EVERYTHING!

The overpowering use of Pinesol bothered us as did parking at the mini mart while the homeless folks stared at us in the adjacent park.
